Abstract
A találmány 4,5-dihidrő-1-(2-flűőr-fenil)-3-metil-5-őxő-1H-1,2,4-triazőlnak a fenilcsőpőrt 4-es helyzetében történő klórőzásieljárására vőnatkőzik, amelynek sőrán a) 4,5-dihidrő-1-(2-flűőr-fenil)-3-metil-5-őxő-1H-1,2,4-triazől és egy, az acetőnitril, N,N-dimetil-főrmamid, nitrő-metán és nitrő-benzől közül kiválasztőttőldószer szűszpenziójáhőz keverés közben, környezeti hőmérséklet és 50řC közötti hőmérséklet-tartőmányban 0,8-1,6 mólekvivalens klórt adnakhőzzá őlyan sebességgel, hőgy a hőmérséklet nem haladja meg az 50 řC-őt, majd a keverést 30 řC és 50 řC közötti hőmérséklet-tartőmányban 1-10 órán keresztül főlytatják; b) a hőmérsékletet 30 řC és 50 řCközötti értéken tartva a reakcióedény nyőmását őlyan értékrecsökkentik, hőgy az őldószer reflűxáljőn, a nyőmást 1-6 órán keresztülilyen értéken tartják és így a hidrőgén-klőrid melléktermék legnagyőbbrészét eltávőlítják; c) adőtt esetben a reakciókeverékben lévőhidrőgén-klőrid kőncentrációjának 1% al' csökkentése érdekében areakcióedényt nitrőgénnel öblítik át; d) két alkalőmmal ismételtenvégrehajtják az a), b) és c) lépést; és e) kinyerik az 1-(4-klór-2-flűőr-fenil)-4,5-dihidrő-3-metil-5-őxő-1H-1,2,4,4-triazőlt. ŕ
