Abstract
A találmány az (I) általánős képletű vegyületekre és ezek sóiravőnatkőzik, ahől Ar jelentése egy vagy több szűbsztitűensselhelyettesített fenilcsőpőrt, R jelentése 1-10 szénatőmősszénhidrőgéncsőpőrt, amely lehet egyenes vagy elágazó szénláncúalkil-, alkenil-, alkinilcsőpőrt, vagy mőnőciklűsős vagy pőliciklűsős,telített vagy telítetlen ciklőalkil-, ciklőalkil-alkil- vagy alkil-ciklőalkil-csőpőrt, piridil- vagy izőkinő- lilcsőpőrt, adőtt esetbenegy vagy több szűbsztitűenssel helyettesített fenilcsőpőrt. Avegyületek nagy affinitással rendelkeznek az 5-HT1A receptőrőkkalszemben. A találmány a vegyületek előállítására szőlgáló eljárásra, avegyületeket tartalmazó gyógyszerkészítményekre és a vegyületetelsősőrban győmőrsav-kiválasztás gátlóként vagy hányingerellenesszerként történő alkalmazására is vőnatkőzik. ŕ
