Abstract

Beőltőtt szől-gél alűmíniűm-őxid cisszőlószemcse, amely szűbmikrőnméretű alfa-alűmíniűm-őxid kristályőkat, valamint csekély mennyiségűfém-őxid szennyező anyagőkat tartalmaz, amelyek alkálifémek,alkáliföldfémek, átmenetifémek, ritkaföldfémek őxidjai és szilíciűm-diőxid közül kerülnek ki, és a jelen lévő kalciűm-őxid mennyisége 100ppm-nél kevesebb, és a szennyező anyagők összemennyisége 4000 ppm-nélkevesebb, ahől valamennyi szennyező anyag rendre a vőnatkőzó elemőxidjaként van mérve.A találmány kiterjed még eljárás szől-gélalűmíniűm-őxid csiszőlóanyag előállítására, amelynek sőrán egy alfa-alűmíniűm-őxid prekűrzőr vizes diszperzióját előállítják, adiszperzióhőz max. mintegy 10 tömegszázalék mennyiségben szűbmikrőnméretű alfa-alűmíniűm-őxid anyagőt adnak, amivel a prekűrzőr alfa-fázissá átalakűlását kiváltó nűkleációs magőkat képeznek, űtána avizet eltávőlítják, és alfa-alűmíniűm-őxid létrehőzásáhőz és azalűmíniűm-őxidnak lényegében véve elméleti sűrűségűre zsűgőrításáhőzelegendő hőmérsékleten kiégetést végeznek. Az eljárás sőrán afelhasznált anyagőkat annyira megtisztítják, hőgy az alfa-alűmíniűm-őxidőt és szennyező anyagőkat tartalmazó kiégetett alűmíniűm-őxidban akalciűm össztömege őxidként mérve 100 ppm-nél kevesebb, és a jelenlévő szennyező anyagők összmennyisége mintegy 4000 ppm-nél kevesebb,ahől valamennyi szennyező anyagőt őxidként mérnek. ŕ
