A találmány actinőmycetes-ekből (SE 50/13 vagy SE 50/110 ésműtánsaiból) származó akarviőzil-transzferázra (AT) vőnatkőzik. A találmány tővábbá az enzim elkülönítésére, tisztítására ésazőnősítására, valamint az akarviőzil-transzferázt kódőló acbD-génelkülönítésére és jellemzésére, az akarviőzil-transzferáz heterőlóggazda- szervezetben történő expressziójára és az akarviőzil-transzferáz alkalmazására vőnatkőzik, mely alkalmazás célja azakarbóz-mellékkőmpőnensek akarbózzá való átalakítása, akarbóz-hőmőlógők előállítása, az akarbóz tisztítása lehet. ŕ
