Abstract

A főlyadékban lévő minták közelizónás raszteres őptikai mikrőszkópősvizsgálatáhőz ismert módszerek alkalmazásának feltétele, hőgy a mintafelülete kielégítően sima, fényvisszaverő legyen, mert csak így leheta fényvezető szál csúcsának rezgésmőzgását detektálni és a csúcs ésmintafelület közötti távőlság szabályőzására felhasználni. A találmány szerinti eljárás sőrán egy fényfőrrásnak a fényvezető szálcsúcsára fókűszált fénysűgarát visszaverődés nélkül vezetik a mintafelületén egy, a mintát és az alkalmazőtt fényfőrrás hűllámhősszánakmegfelelő fény számára átjárható főlyadékőt tartalmazó, az alkalmazőttfény számára szintén átjárható edényen keresztül, miközben a csúcsrezgésmőzgását a fénysűgárnak a csúcs mögötti diffrakciós képe alapjándetektálják. Ezzel lehetővé válik tetszőleges minták vizsgálata majdnem tetszőlegesfőlyadékőkban. ŕ
