Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás üvegzománc-bevonattal bevont tárgyelőállítására legalább egy fémlemezből kiindulva, melynek során - afémlemezt korrózió elleni védőbevonattal látják el, folyékony vizeskorrózióvédő bevonó emulziónak a fémlemez felületére valófelvitelével, majd a bevonatot megszárítják; - a védőkezelés utánlegalább egyszer egy üvegesíthető zománcozó fritet tartalmazófolyékony zománcozó készítményt visznek fel a felületre, - legalábbegy beégetési lépést alkalmaznak, amely alkalmas a felületre felvittzománcozó kompozícióban lévő frit üvegesítésre. Az eljárás során nemzsírtalanítják a korrózió ellen védett felületet; az emulzió tartalmazegy vizes fázist és egy akril és/vagy metakril polimeralapú kolloidot. Ó
