Abstract

Procédé comprenant: un traitement de protection contre la corrosion de la tôle de départ à l'aide d'une émulsion aqueuse comprenant des colloïdes à base de polymère acrylique et/ou méthacrylique; une étape d'application d'une couche de composition liquide d'émaillage comprenant une fritte d'émail vitrifiable; une étape de cuisson adaptée pour faire vitrifier ladite fritte; caractérisé en ce que ledit procédé ne comporte pas d'étape de dégraissage de ladite surface postérieurement au traitement de protection. Avantages: meilleure adhérence de l'émail, simplification du procédé.
