Abstract
A találmány azon a felismerésen alapul, hogy a lítium és kobaltösszetett oxidjából vagy lítium és nikkel összetett oxidjábólkialakított pozitív elektródát, fémlítiumból, lítiumötvözetből vagylítium beágyazására és kibocsátására képes anyagból kialakítottnegatív elektródát, és nemvizes oldószerből és abban lévőelektrolitból kialakított nemvizes elektrolitoldatot tartalmazólítiumakkumulátor túltöltésekor bekövetkező hirtelen hőfejlődéshatásosan megelőzhető, ha a nemvizes elektrolit oldatban olyan szervesvegyületet (például egy tercier alkil-benzolt) oldanak, ami atúltöltés során elbomlik; és a pozitív elektródából kobaltot vagynikkelt old ki, amit a negatív elektródán ad le.
