Abstract

A találmány az N-[3-{[2-(3,4-dimetoxi-fenil)-etil]-amino}-propil]-4-nitro-benzamid-hidroklorid új polimorf formájára vonatkozik. Az újpolimorf formát úgy állítják elő, hogy az N-[3-{[2-(3,4-dimetoxi-fenil)-etil]-amino}-propil]-4-nitro-benzamid-hidrokloridotacetonitrilből kristályosítják, majd a termékből eltávolítják azacetonitrilt. A találmány kiterjed az új polimorf forma előállításieljárására, az új polimorf formát tartalmazó gyógyszerkészítményekre,valamint az új polimorf forma gyógyászati alkalmazására is. Az újpolimorf forma szívaritmia és ischaemiás ritmuszavarok kezelésérealkalmazható. Ó
