Abstract

A találmány tárgya készülék ásványi gyapotflísz előállítására, amelymagába foglal egy ejtőaknát (10), amely legalább egy szálakra bontóberendezéssel (26a, 26b) továbbá az előállított ásványi gyapotflíszszállítására szolgáló szállítóberendezéssel (16) rendelkezik, amelyszállítóberendezés az első szalagszakaszt (38) a másodikszalagszakaszra (40) való felfektető vezetés útján egy szekunderflíszt(52) képzően van kialakítva; ahol az első szalagszakasz szállításiútja és a második szalagszakasz szállítási útja különböző hosszúságú,ahol az ejtőakna (10) kétszeres szélességű; egy az előállított ásványigyapotflíszt hosszirányban egy első szalagszakaszra (38) és egymásodik szalagszakaszra (40) szétválasztó berendezés van elrendezve;és a szállítóberendezés (44, 48, 58) az első szalagszakaszt (38)fordító, előnyösen fordítógörgőként kiképzett fordítóberendezést (46)foglal magába, amely körül az első szalagszakasz (38) körbevezetvealsó oldalával felfelé fekvően át van fordítva; továbbá a legalább egyszálakra bontó berendezés (26a, 26b) mindegyike által előállított egyásványi gyapot primerflísz (24) a szekunderflíszben (52) két rétegetképez.
