Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás vízben oldhatatlan a-1, 4-glükánokelőállítására. Ennek értelmében szacharózt in vitro körülmények közöttamiloszacharáz-enzimaktivitással rendelkező enzim közbenjöttévelvízben oldhatatlan a-1,4-glükánokká és fruktózzá alakítják. Atalálmány szerinti eljárásra jellemző, hogy ezt az átalakítást vizes,puffermentes rendszerben hajtják végre. Enzimként előnyösenalkalmazható a Neisseria polysaccharea-ból származó amiloszacharázenzim. Ezt az enzimet előnyösen rekombináns úton állítják elő. Atalálmány szerinti eljárás előnye, hogy puffersók alkalmazása nemszükséges, ennek következtében a puffersók maradékainakeltávolításához szükséges tisztítási lépések elmaradnak, s így agyártási költségek lényegesen csökkennek.
