Abstract
A találmány tárgya eljárás kompozit film, fémes alapanyagra történőeloxálására, amelynek során a fémes alapanyagot, anódfilmet kialakítvaeloxálják, továbbá ezzel párhuzamosan polimert, vagy polimer fázistülepítenek az anódfilmbe és ezzel alakítanak ki kompozit filmet,amelynek lényege, hogy az eloxáláshoz és az ülepítéshez olyanelektrolitot alkalmaznak, amelyben elektromosan vezető polimert ésdisszociáló sav oldatát tartalmazó oxidálószert rendeznek el. Atalálmány továbbá olyan eljárást ismertet párhuzamosan eloxáltfémoxid-polimer kompozit film kialakítására fémes alapanyagon,amelynek során disszociáló sav oldatát tartalmazó oxidálószerből állóeloxáló elektrolitot állítanak elő, továbbá az elektrolithoz monomertadnak és így elektromosan vezető polimert, vagy polimer fázist hoznaklétre, majd úgy eloxálják a fémes alapanyagot, hogy belemerítik apolimer tartalmú elektrolitba, ezzel fémoxid filmet hoznak létre, ésközben kiülepítik az elektromosan vezető polimert, vagy polimer fázista képződő fémoxid filmben, és ezzel kompozit filmet alakítanak ki azalapanyagon.
