Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "DEPOSIçãO ELETROQUìMICA DE UMóXIDO METáLICO-POLìMERO COMPOSTO". Um processo paraa formação de películas de polímero através de técnicaseletroquímicas utilizando eletrólitos que incluem polímerocondutivo. As películas de polímero resultantes são eletricamentecondutivas e resistentes a corrosão e desgaste. Benzeno-poliamino(polianilina), por exemplo, sofre uma transição de isolador parametal com a dopagem com ácidos protónicos em uma reação dotipo ácida/básica. Películas de óxido de polímero-alumíniocompostas podem ser formadas pela modificação do eletrólito deanodização, resultando na co-deposição de polianilinas durante aanodização do alumínio. Um sal de polianilina de alumínio comanel sulfonado não protonado foi determinado como sendo oproduto de reação dentro da fase do óxido de alumínio daspelículas co-depositadas. Um segundo processo, que incorporavedação eletroquímica da camada anódica com polianilina,também foi desenvolvido. A formação dessas películas compostasé documentada através de processamento experimental, ecaracterizada através de análise científica e testes de engenharia.A caracterização científica determinou que o processo deco-deposição produz películas compostas quimicamente emetalurgicamente ligadas. Os testes de engenharia determinaramque as películas, obtidas através de uma única etapa, exibemresistência superior ao desgaste e corrosão comparável compelículas convencionalmente anodizadas e vedadas processadasatravés de duas etapas, demonstrando a maior eficiência defabricação que pode ser realizada usando o processo da presenteinvenção.
