Claims (9)
1, A HERV-W interferencia csoportba tartózó vírus burkának pepílddoménie, amely képes kölcsönhatásba lépni és hASCT receptorral, azzal jellemezve, hogy N-terminálissal kezdődik és ü-terminálisban végződik, és azzal, hogy: az M-terminálisí a SHQ I|> NOwi ~ SEQ 1D NO*29 közül választott motívum definiálja, a C-temnnáhst a HUV> ΙΠ N0°3ft - SBQ 10 NO°40 közül választolt motívum definiálja, és azzal, hogy a peptiddornén az N-terminális és C-terminális között legalább egy motívumot tartalmaz a SEQ 11) N0°41, SBQ 10 NC)°42 és SEQ ID NO:73 közül választva.
'2, Az 1. igém pont szerinti pepikbe Miiére azzal jellemezve, hogy immunválaszt indukál a 1ÍERV-W interferencia csoportba tartózó virus ellen és azzal, hogy a 3a ábrán bemutatott SF.Q 10 NO: 74 szekvenciája.
3. Monokionális ellenanyag, amely a igénypont szerinti peptiddornén ellen irányul.

Az 1. vagy 2. igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy peptiddornén vagy a .1. igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy ellenanyag alkalmazása a HERV-W interferencia csoportba tartózó vírus által állatban, előnyösen emberben okozott fertőzés gátlására, megelőzésére vagy kezelésére szánt gyógyszer előállítására.
5. Gyógyászati készítmény, amely hatóanyagként az. t. vagy 2, igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy pepíiddomént vagy a 3. igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy ellenanyagot tartalmaz, együtt gyógyászaülag elfogadható hordozóval,
6. Diagnosztikai készítmény a HERV-W interferencia csoportba tartózó virus detektálására és/vagy mennyiségi meghatározására és/vagy a 1OíRV-W interferencia csoportba tartózó virus ellent immunválasz mennyiségi meghatározására, anteh az 1. vagy 2. igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy pepíiddomént vagy a 3. igénypont szerint definiált legalább egy ellenanyagot tartalmaz.
7, {''{járás a .HER.V-W interferencia csoportba tartózó virus detektálására és/vagy mennyiségi meghatározására a vírussal feltehetőleg fertőzőit egyénből származó biológiai mintában, azzal jellemezve, hogy a következő lépéseket foglalja magában: - a biológiai minta érintkezletése legalább egy 3. igénypont szerinti ellenanyaggal olyan körülmények közöm amelyek lehetővé teszik komplex kialakulását a vírus és az ellenanyag között, és - a komplex, detektálását és/vagy menppsép meghatározását bármely megfelelő módszerrel,
8, A 6, igénypont szerinti készítmény alkalmazásai HERW^IIíiMféféftdip^pólii tartózó virus irt vitro diagnózisára biológiai mintában vagy gyűjtemény betű
9, Az 1. igénypont szerinti poptiddomén alkalmazása olyan kémiai vagy biológiai molekulák azonosítására, amelyek kölcsönhatása a peptiddomén égiszévé! vagy egy részével blokkolja a kölcsönhatást a 11KRV-W interferéhoía eáöpplba tartózó vírus burka és hASCT .receptor között.
