Abstract

12beta-Hydroxy-cardenolide der sekundaeren Reihe werden auf mikrobiologischem Weg aus den entsprechenden 12-Desoxy-cardenoliden der primaeren Reihe hergestellt, indem man die letzteren mit submersen Kulturen der Staemme Streptomyces purpurascens KA-26 (MNG 179), Str. purpurascens KA-43 (MNG 178), Str. purpurascens KA-82 (MNG 177), Str. purpurascens KC-157 (MNG 176) oder Str. alboniger AB-318-ST (MNG 180), welche unter den angegebenen MNG-Nummern in der Nationalen Mikroorganismensammlung des Ungarischen Landesinstituts fuer Volkshygienie deponiert wurden,fermentiert und das umgesetzte Produkt aus der Fermentationsfluessigkeit auf an sich bekannte Weise isoliert.
