Claims (16)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju bio-ulja, te postupak obuhvaća:
ekstrudiranje sintetičkog polimernog materijala u ekstruderu kako bi se na taj način formirala struja taline koja sadrži polimerni materijal, pri čemu struja taline izlazi iz ekstrudera na temperaturi između 200°C i 300°C i tlaku između 100 bara i 350 bara,
osiguravanje struje vodenog otapala koja je odvojena od struje taline,
dovođenje u kontakt struje taline sa strujom vodenog otapala da se dobije reakcijska smjesa,
obradu reakcijske smjese u reaktorskoj posudi na reakcijskoj temperaturi i reakcijskom tlaku tijekom vremenskog razdoblja prikladnog za pretvorbu cijelog ili dijela polimernog materijala prisutnog u reakcijskoj smjesi u proizvod koji sadrži bio-ulje, i
smanjenje tlaka i hlađenje proizvoda,
naznačen time što je struja vodenog otapala superkritična prije navedenog dovođenja u kontakt,
reakcijska smjesa prije navedene obrade sadrži najmanje 60 tež.% polimernog materijala,
temperatura reakcije je ili se kreće u rasponu između 400°C i 600°C, i
reakcijski tlak je ili se kreće u rasponu između 100 bara i 300 bara.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je ekstruder jednopužni ekstruder, višepužni ekstruder, suprotno rotirajući višepužni ekstruder, zajednički rotirajući višepužni ekstruder, dvopužni ekstruder, suprotno rotirajući dvopužni ekstruder, zajednički rotirajući dvopužni ekstruder, ekstruder s isprepletenim pužem, radijalni ekstruder ili preša za ekstruziju s valjcima.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što dalje uključuje ispuštanje plinova i/ili para iz jednog ili niza otvora prisutnih u bačvi ekstrudera.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što dalje sadrži dodavanje baze bilo kojem ili više od: polimernog materijala prije ekstruzije, struji taline, struji vodenog otapala i/ili reakcijskoj smjesi, pri čemu:
baza je dodatna komponenta polimernom materijalu i vodenom otapalu,
unutar reakcijske smjese broj molova baze dodanih na 100 grama polimernog materijala je između 0,5 puta i 1,5 puta ukupnog broja molova halogena na 100 grama polimernog materijala, i
baza taloži metalne halogenide u reakcijskoj smjesi olakšavajući njihovo uklanjanje.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što struja taline izlazi iz ekstrudera:
(i) pri tlaku većem od 200 bara, većem od 220 bara ili većem od 250 bara; i/ili
(ii) pri čemu je ekstruder izravno povezan s uređajem hidrotermalnog reaktora na način koji dopušta struji taline da struji u reaktor u neprekinutom strujanju.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što:
(i) prije navedenog ekstrudiranja polimerni materijal je prethodno obrađen koristeći bilo koji ili više postupaka koji sadrže drobljenje, usitnjavanje, peletizaciju, granulaciju, ljuštenje, usitnjavanje u prah, usitnjavanje, mljevenje, kompresiju/ekspanziju, miješanje, ispiranje, flotaciju, uklanjanje materijala koji sadrže halogene izborno infracrveno ili rendgensko fluorescentno otkrivanje i klasifikaciju/odbijanje stlačenim plinom i/ili obradu pulsnim električnim poljem (PEF); i/ili
(ii) polimerni materijal je ekstrudiran u prisutnosti vode, a voda čini manje od 5 tež.% (na temelju vlažnosti) ukupne težine polimernog materijala.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je polimerni materijal odabran iz skupine koja sadrži: polietilen (PE), polietilen niske gustoće (LDPE), polietilen visoke gustoće (HDPE), polipropilen (PP), poliester, poli(etilen tereftalat) (PET), poli(mliječna kiselina) PLA, poli (vinil klorid) (PVC), polistiren (PS), poliamid, najlon, najlon 6, najlon 6,6, akrilonitril-butadien-stiren (ABS), poli(etilen vinil alkohol) (E/VAL), poli(melamin formaldehid) (MF), poli(fenol-formaldehid) (PF), epoksidi, poliacetal, (acetal), poliakrilati (akril), poliakrilonitril (PAN), poliamid-imid (PAI), poliarileterketon (PAEK), polibutadien (PBD), polibutilen (PB), polikarbonat (PC), polidiciklopentadien (PDCP), poliketon (PK), polikondenzat, polietereterketon (PEEK), polieterimid (PEI), polietersulfon (PES), polietilenklorinati, (PEC), poliimid, (PI), polimetilpenten (PMP), poli(fenilen oksid) (PPO), polifenilen sulfid (PPS), poliftalamid, (PTA), polisulfon (PSU), poliuretan, (PU), poli(viniliden klorid) (PVDC), poli(tetrafluoretilen) PTFE, poli(fluoroksi alkan) PFA, poli(siloksani), silikoni, termoplasti, termoreaktivni polimeri, gume za gume za vozila, etilen propilen dien monomerne gume EPDM, kloropren gume, akrilonitril butadien (nitril) gume, poliakrilatne gume, etilen akrilne gume, stiren-buta dien gume, poliesterske metan gume, polieter metanske gume, fluorosilikonske gume, silikonske gume, plastika i njihove smjese.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što reakcijska smjesa prije navedene obrade sadrži:
(i) najmanje 70 tež.%, najmanje 80 tež.%, najmanje 90 tež.%, najmanje 95 tež.%, ili najmanje 98 tež.% polimernog materijala; i/ili
(ii) manje od 98 tež.%, manje od 95 tež.%, manje od 90 tež.%, ili manje od 80 tež.% polimernog materijala.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što polimerni materijal sadrži bilo koji ili više od:
manje od oko 5 tež.% dušika, manje od oko 1 tež.% dušika, manje od oko 0,5 tež.% dušika, ili manje od oko 0,1 tež.% dušika;
manje od oko 1 tež.% ukupnih halogena, manje od oko 1 tež.% ukupnih halogena, manje od oko 0,5 tež.% ukupnih halogena, manje od oko 0,1 tež.% ukupnih halogena, ili manje od oko 0,05 tež.% ukupnih halogena;
molarni omjer vodika prema ugljiku (H/C) veći od 2,15, veći od 2,0, veći od 1,8, veći od 1,6, veći od 14, veći od 1,2, veći od 1,0 ili veći od 0,8.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što:
(i) prije navedenog dovođenja u kontakt struja vodenog otapala sadrži 100% superkritične vode; ili
(ii) prije navedenog dovođenja u kontakt struja vodenog otapala sadrži između 1 tež.% i 10 tež.% alkohola, ili između 2 tež.% i 10 tež.% alkohola, izborno pri čemu je alkohol etanol, metanol ili smjesa koja sadrži etanol i metanol.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća:
odvajanje jedne ili više plinovitih, vodenih, bio-uljnih, i/ili voštanih komponenti od proizvoda, i/ili
odvajanje jedne ili više frakcija bio-ulja i/ili jedne ili više frakcija komponente voska od proizvoda.
12. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što postupak obuhvaća odvajanje i recikliranje u postupku:
(i) jedne ili više frakcija proizvoda s vrelištem između 30°C i 140 °C, između 60°C i 160°C, 140°C i 205°C, između 150°C i 300°C, ili između 230°C i 350°C; i/ili
(ii) frakcije proizvoda koja sadrži vosak ili voštano ulje koje ima vrelište iznad 370°C atmosferskog ekvivalenta vrelišta (AEBP), iznad 400°C AEBP, iznad 450°C AEBP, iznad 500°C AEBP, ili iznad 550 °C AEBP; i/ili
(iii) frakcije proizvoda koja ima vrelište u rasponu od: raspona vrelišta nafte, raspona vrelišta teške nafte, raspona vrelišta kerozina, raspona vrelišta dizela, raspona vrelišta teškog plinskog ulja ili raspona vrelišta vakuumskog plinskog ulja, i izgaranje odvojene frakcije nafte radi dobivanja topline za ponavljanje postupka.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što reakcijska smjesa sadrži dodatni katalizator odabran iz skupine koju čine: bazni katalizator, kiseli katalizator, katalizator za promjenu voda-plin, aluminosilikatni katalizator sulfidni katalizator, i bilo koju njihovu kombinaciju, pri čemu dodatni katalizator nije izveden iz bilo koje druge komponente reakcijske smjese ili stijenke posude reaktorskog uređaja, te ne nastaje in situ tijekom postupka.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 13, naznačen time što:
(i) dodatni katalizator je odabran iz skupine koju čine natrijev hidroksid, kalijev hidroksid, natrijev karbonat, kalijev karbonat, natrijev formijat, kalijev formijat, sol željeza ili bilo koja njihova kombinacija; i/ili
(ii) dodatni katalizator se dodaje u reakcijsku smjesu nakon što je reakcijska smjesa dosegla navedenu reakcijsku temperaturu, ili nakon što je reakcijska smjesa dosegla navedenu reakcijsku temperaturu i navedeni reakcijski tlak.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 14, naznačen time što:
(i) reakcijska smjesa prije navedene obrade sadrži manje od 10 tež.%, manje od 5 tež.%, manje od 4 tež.%, manje od 3 tež.%, manje od 2 tež.%, ili manje od 1 tež.%: lignocelulozne tvari, ugljena, koksa, treseta, kerogena, katranskog pijeska, nafte iz škriljevca, katrana iz škriljevca, asfalta, asfaltena, prirodnog bitumena ili bitumenskog pijeska i izborno pri čemu navedeni lignocelulozni materijal sadrži više od 5 tež.% lignina, više od 10 tež.% lignina, više od 15 tež.% lignina, više od 20 tež.% lignina, više od 25 tež.% lignina, više od 30 tež.% lignina, više od 35 tež.% lignina, više od 40 tež.% lignina, više od 45 tež.% lignina, ili više od 50 tež.% lignina; ili
(ii) reakcijska smjesa prije navedene obrade ne sadrži lignoceluloznu tvar, ugljen, koks, treset, kerogen, katranski pijesak, naftu iz škriljevca, katran iz škriljevca, asfalt, asfalten, prirodni bitumen ili bitumenski pijesak.
16. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen time što je polimerni materijal plastika.
