Claims (5)
1. Hibridni solarni panel za proizvodnju električne energije i toplotne energije, obuhvata:
- fotonaponski sistem (6) za proizvodnju električne energije, sa najmanje jednom fotonaponskom ćelijom,
- apsorber (7) toplote za evakuaciju toplote iz sistema (6) za fotonaponsku proizvodnu pomoću fluida za prenos toplote,
- providni izolacioni poklopac (1) zaptiven duž oboda na sistem za fotonaponsku proizvodnu,
- međusloj (2) od vakuuma, inertni gas ili vazduh između sistema za fotonaponsku proizvodnu i providnog izolacionog poklopca (1),
- donji izolacioni sloj (4) smešten ispod apsorbera (7) toplote,
- okvir (9) oboda sa zadnjom tablom ili kućištem koje ima četiri strane oboda i zadnji deo,
pri čemu on dodatno obuhvata čvorište za spajanje sistema (6) za fotonaponsku proizvodnju električne energije sa apsorberom toplote, to čvorište obuhvata dva sloja materijala sa silikonskom bazom, pri čemu prvi sloj obuhvata inkapsulacioni silikon (3) unutar sistema (6) za fotonaponsku proizvodnju i štrči iznad pomenutog fotonaponskog proizvodnog sloja (6) za fotonaponsku proizvodnju, inkapsulacioni silikon (3) predstavlja refraktivni indeks od manje od 1,45 i optički indeks prenosa veći od 98%, i taj spoj još obuhvata drugi sloj termičkog silikona (8) sa toplotnom provodljivošću većom od 0,2 W/ m·K,
naznačen time što se pomenuti termički silikon (8) nalazi iznad i dodiruje apsorber (7) toplote tako da taj spoj spaja fotonaponski sistem (6) za proizvodnju električne energije sa apsorberom (7) toplote koji nema zadnju ploču (10) između njih i na taj način eliminiše prepreku za provođenje toplote za fotonaponske ćelije,
2. - Hibridni solarni panel za proizvodnju električne energije i toplotne energije prema patentnom zahtevu 1, naznačen time što nema kaljeno staklo (11) između međusloja (2) i inkapsulirajućeg silikona (3) i tako doprinosi nižim gubicima usled refleksije.
3. - Hibridni solarni panel za proizvodnju električne energije i toplotne energije prema patentnom zahtevu 2, naznačen time što inkapsulacioni silikon (3) predstavlja ojačavanje dodavanjem katalizatora u odnosu od 5:1 do 20:1.
4. - Hibridni solarni panel za proizvodnju električne energije i toplotne energije prema patentnom zahtevu 1 -3, naznačen time što inkapsulacioni silikon (3) obuhvata tečan dvokomponentni silikon koji se vulkanizacijom stvrdne u elastomer, u odnosu mešavine od 10:1.
5. Hibridni solarni panel za proizvodnju električne energije i toplotne energije prema patentnom zahtevu 4, naznačen time što inkapsulacioni silikon (8) predstavlja ojačavanje na sobnoj temperaturi dodavanjem katalizatora platine u odnosu od 5:1 do 20:1.
