背景技术
染料敏化太阳电池主要是模仿光合作用原理,研制出来的一种新型太阳电池,其主要优势是:原材料丰富、成本低、工艺技术相对简单,在大面积工业化生产中具有较大的优势,同时所有原材料和生产工艺都是无毒、无污染的,部分材料可以得到充分的回收,对保护人类环境具有重要的意义。
现有的染料敏化太阳能电池依次由透明基板层、透光性电极层、电解质层、透光性相对电极层和透明的相对电极基板层构成,电解质层的电解质溶液内设有表面吸附了染料敏化剂的半导体电极。这种染料敏化太阳能电池,由于相对电极基板层是透明的,很大一部分光从染料敏化电池中透过而不能被有效的吸收利用,浪费了大部分太阳光的能量,电池的发电效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、发电效率高的高效染料敏化太阳能电池。
本实用新型解决上述现有技术不足所采用的技术方案是:
一种高效染料敏化太阳能电池,依次由透明基板层、透光性电极层、电解质层、透光性相对电极层和透明的相对电极基板层构成,电解质层的电解质溶液内设有表面吸附了染料敏化剂的半导体电极,其特征在于相对电极基板层上设有光反射层。
本实用新型中光反射层是银层,厚度在50-500 nm之间,由溅射或蒸镀等方法设置在电极基板层上。
本实用新型的有益效果是,由于相对电极基板层上设有光反射层,光反射层将从染料敏化电池中透过而未被有效吸收利用阳光反射回染料敏化电池中,反射的阳光被二次吸收利用,光电转化率高、发电效率高。仅需在相对电极基板层上设置光反射层就可以产生上述优点,结构简单、制造成本低。
