Claims (18)

1. Postupak za izdvajanje prirodnog kaučuka koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea u obliku čvrstih mrvica iz otopine u sustavu organskih otapala koja ga sadrži, naznačen: a) podvrgavanjem navedene otopine fazi uklanjanja vodenom parom, u prisustvu disperzijskog sustava koji uključuje: - od 0.5 do 1.0 tež.%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu navedenog kaučuka, najmanje jednog surfaktanta topivog u vodi koji pripada porodici polikarboksilata; - od 0.05 do 1.0 tež.%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu navedenog kaučuka, najmanje jedne soli topive u vodi metala odabranog od Al, Ca i Mg, čime se dobivaju navedene čvrste mrvice prirodnog kaučuka koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea u vodenoj suspenziji; b) izdvajanjem navedenih mrvica prirodnog kaučuka koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea iz navedene vodene suspenzije; c) podvrgavanjem navedenih mrvica prirodnog kaučuka koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea sušenju.
2. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, gdje navedeni prirodni kaučuk koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea potiče iz biljke guayule i/ili biljaka tipa guayule.
3. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, gdje je navedeni prirodni kaučuk koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea prisutan u navedenoj otopini u količini između 2 tež.% i 50 tež.%, poželjno između 5 tež.% i 30 tež.%, u odnosu na ukupnu težinu otopine.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, gdje navedeni sustav organskih otapala sadrži najmanje jedno ne-polarno organsko otapalo, ili mješavinu najmanje jednog ne-polarnog organskog otapala sa najmanje jednim polarnim organskim otapalom.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, gdje navedeni sustav organskih otapala sadrži najmanje jedno ne-polarno organsko otapalo odabrano od alkana koji imaju od 4 do 9 atoma ugljika, cikloalkana i alkilcikloalkana koji imaju 5 do 10 atoma ugljika, aromatičnih ugljikovodika koji imaju 6 do 10 atoma ugljika, ili njihovih mješavina.
6. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, gdje je navedeno ne-polarno organsko otapalo heksan.
7. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, gdje je navedeno ne-polarno organsko otapalo cikloheksan.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, gdje navedeni sustav organskih otapala sadrži najmanje jedno polarno organsko otapalo odabrano od alkohola koji ima od 1 do 8 atoma ugljika, etera i estera koji imaju od 2 do 8 atoma ugljika, cikličnih etera koji imaju od 4 do 8 atoma ugljika, ketona koji imaju od 3 do 8 atoma ugljika, ili njihovih mješavina.
9. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, gdje je navedeno polarno organsko otapalo etanol.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 9, gdje surfaktant topiv u vodi koji pripada porodici polikarboksilata je natrijeva sol kopolimera anhidrida maleinske kiseline i 2,4,4-trimetil-1-pentena.
11. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, gdje navedena sol topiva u vodi metala odabranog od Al, Ca i Mg predstavlja klorid.
12. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, gdje je navedena sol CaCl2.
13. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, gdje se navedene čvrste mrvice prirodnog kaučuka izdvajaju iz navedene vodene suspenzije filtracijom.
14. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, gdje se korak sušenja navedenih mrvica prirodnog kaučuka izvodi ekstrudiranjem.
15. Postupak prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 14, gdje korak sušenja obuhvaća stavljanje navedenih mrvica u peć za sušenje na temperaturi između 40 i 120°C na tlaku između 100 i 1100 hPa.
16. Prirodni kaučuk koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea dobiven postupkom prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 15, naznačen sadržajem isparljivih materija manjim od 0.75% i rezidualnim sadržajem organskih otapala manjim od 4000 ppm.
17. Prirodni kaučuk prema patentnom zahtjevu 16, gdje je rezidualni sadržaj navedenih organskih otapala manji od 4000 ppm i veći od ili jednak 50 ppm.
18. Mrvice prirodnog kaučuka koji ne potiče iz biljke Hevea prema patentnom zahtjevu 16 ili 17, koje imaju dimenzije između 0.1 i 10 mm, poželjno između 1 i 10 mm.
