Description

b)前記水性懸濁液から前記非ヘベア天然ゴムクラムを分離するステップと;

テストを、例1に記載した通りに正確に実行したが、より高濃度の分散系(総重量に対し1.3重量%のOrotan(登録商標)731 A ERおよびゴムの総重量に対し1.3重量%の固体CaCl2・2H2O)を用い、シクロヘキサン中に5重量%のヘベア・ブラジリエンシス溶液を用いるという違いがあった。
テストを、例1に記載した通りに正確に実行したが、より高い濃度の分散系(総重量に対し1.3重量%のOrotan(登録商標)731 A ERおよびゴムの総重量に対し1.3重量%の固体CaCl2・2H2O)を用いるという違いがあった。
Claims (18)
- 非ヘベア天然ゴムを含む有機溶媒系中の溶液から、固体クラム形状の非ヘベア天然ゴムを分離するプロセスであって、
a)前記溶液を、
−前記ゴムの総重量に対し0.5〜1.0重量%の、ポリカルボキシレート群に属する少なくとも1つの水溶性界面活性剤と;
−前記ゴムの総重量に対し0.05〜1.0重量%の、Al、Ca、およびMgから選択される金属の、少なくとも1つの水溶性塩とを含む分散系の存在下で、水蒸気を用いたストリッピング段階に供し、水性懸濁液において、前記非ヘベア天然ゴム固体クラムを得るステップと;
b)前記水性懸濁液から前記非ヘベア天然ゴムクラムを分離するステップと;
c)前記非ヘベア天然ゴムクラムを乾燥にかけるステップとを特徴とする、プロセス。 - 前記非ヘベア天然ゴムは、グアユールおよび/またはグアユール種植物に由来する、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- 前記非ヘベア天然ゴムは、前記溶液の総重量に対し、2重量%〜50重量%、好適には5重量%〜30重量%の量で前記溶液に存在にする、請求項1または2に記載のプロセス。
- 前記有機溶媒系は、少なくとも1つの無極性有機溶媒か、または、少なくとも1つの無極性有機溶媒と少なくとも1つの極性有機溶媒の混合物を含む、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記有機溶媒系は、4〜9個の炭素原子を有するアルカン、5〜10個の炭素原子を有するシクロアルカンおよびアルキルシクロアルカン、6〜10個の炭素原子を有する芳香族炭化水素類、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択される、少なくとも1つの無極性有機溶媒を含む、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記無極性有機溶媒はヘキサンである、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記無極性有機溶媒はシクロヘキサンである、請求項5に記載のプロセス。
- 前記有機溶媒系は、1〜8個の炭素原子を有するアルコール、2〜8個の炭素原子を有するエーテルおよびエステル、4〜8個の炭素原子を有する環状エーテル、3〜8個の炭素原子を有するケトン、またはこれらの組み合わせから選択される、少なくとも1つの極性有機溶媒を含む、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記極性有機溶媒はエタノールである、請求項8に記載のプロセス。
- 前記ポリカルボキシレート群に属する水溶性界面活性剤は、無水マレイン酸と2,4,4−トリメチル−1−ペンテンのコポリマーのナトリウム塩である、請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記Al、Ca、およびMgから選択される金属の水溶性塩は塩化物である、請求項1〜10の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記塩はCaCl2である、請求項11に記載のプロセス。
- 前記天然ゴムの固体クラムは、濾過により前記水性懸濁液から分離される、請求項1〜12の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記天然ゴムクラムの乾燥ステップは、押し出しにより実行される、請求項1〜13の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 前記乾燥ステップは、前記クラムを、100〜1100hPaの圧力下で40℃〜120℃の温度の乾燥オーブンを通過させるステップを含む、請求項1〜14の何れか一項に記載のプロセス。
- 0.75%未満の揮発物含有率と、4000ppm未満の有機溶媒の残留含有率を特徴とする、請求項1〜15の何れか一項に記載のプロセスにより得られる、非ヘベア天然ゴム。
- 前記有機溶媒の残留含有率は、4000ppm未満かつ50ppm以上である、請求項16に記載の天然ゴム。
- 0.1〜10mm、好適には1〜10mmの寸法を有する、請求項16または17に記載の非ヘベア天然ゴムクラム。
