Claims (13)

1. Sustav za pripremu i točenje pića s dušikom, koji sadržava sljedeće: spremnik za koncentrat pića u vrećici u kutiji (20); prvu membransku pumpu (12) koja kontrolira protok koncentrata pića kroz vod za piće (3) od vrećice u kutiji (20) do prvog igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (17) i od prvog igličastog ventila (17) do točke miješanja tekućine (23), pri čemu se opcionalno može postaviti nepovratni ventil prije prvog igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (17) ili nakon igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (17) i prije točke miješanja tekućine (23); drugu membransku pumpu (11) koja kontrolira protok vode kroz vod (2) od sustava dovoda vode do jedinice membranskog kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) i od kontaktora (8) do drugog igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (16) i od drugog igličastog ventila (16) do točke miješanja tekućine (23) pri čemu se drugi nepovratni ventil opcionalno može postaviti prije drugog igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (16) ili nakon igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka (16) i prije točke miješanja tekućine (23); kontroliranu opskrbu plina pod tlakom koja sadržava maseni udio dušika od najmanje 50 % spojenu na membransku jedinicu kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8); membransku jedinicu kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8); vod za piće s dušikom (18) od točke miješanja tekućine do slavine za piće; pri čemu je slavina za piće slavina sa postupnim točenjem, tako da piće u vodu za piće s dušikom ostaje pod pritiskom tijekom točenja pića iz slavine, i cijev za dovod plinovitog dušika u membransku jedinicu kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) koja sadržava nepovratni ventil (10) koji sprječava vraćanje tekućine iz membranske jedinice kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) u dovodni vod plina pod tlakom.
2. Sustav iz 1. zahtjeva, čiji sustav za dovod vode sadržava spremnik koji se može stlačiti za opskrbu vodom (21); u navedeni sustav opcionalno se može postaviti razdjelnik za dovod plinovitog dušika (25) koji sadržava najmanje tri regulatora dušika (4, 5, 6), jedan regulator (5) koji kontrolira dovod dušika i tlak u prvoj i drugoj membranskoj pumpi (12, 11), jedan regulator (6) koji kontrolira opskrbu i tlak dušika do membranske jedinice kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) i jedan regulator (4) koji kontrolira dovod i tlak dušika do spremnika za dovod vode koji se može stlačiti (21).
3. Sustav iz 1. zahtjeva koji nadalje sadržava rashladni uređaj ili sustav, pri čemu se barem spremnik vrećice u kutiji hladi rashladnim uređajem ili sustavom.
4. Sustav iz 2. zahtjeva koji nadalje sadržava rashladni uređaj ili sustav; pri čemu se spremnik vrećica u kutiji (20) i barem jedan uređaja za točenje, spremnik za dovod vode (21) i jedinice za kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) opcionalno mogu hladiti rashladnim uređajem ili sustavom.
5. Sustav iz 1. zahtjeva, u kojem je (I) slavina za piće slavina za postupno točenje, opcionalno opremljena mlaznicom ili pločom za ograničavanje koja omogućuje oslobađanje plina N2 ili N2/CO2 iz pića prilikom točenja u posudu; ili: u kojem je (II) plin koji sadržava dušik čisti dušik s udjelom N2 od najmanje 99,5 %.
6. Sustav iz 2. zahtjeva čiji rashladni uređaj ili sustav može rashladiti barem spremnik vrećice u kutiji (20) od početne sobne temperature na temperaturu od 1,1 °C (34 °F).
7. Sustav iz 1. zahtjeva koji nadalje sadržava unutarnje sito i/ili jedinicu za filtriranje u vodu za dovod vode (2) prije membranske jedinice kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8).
8. Jedinica za točenje pića koja sadržava sustav iz 1. zahtjeva i rashladni uređaj ili sustav u jednoj samostalnoj jedinici.
9. Metoda za pripremu i točenje pića s dušikom iz sustava iz 1. zahtjeva, koja uključuje: prijenos koncentrata pića iz vrećice u kutiji (20) kroz prvi igličasti ventil za kontrolu protoka (17) do točke miješanja tekućine (23) pod pritiskom prve membranske pumpe (12), istovremeno prenoseći vodu iz sustava za opskrbu kroz dio za tekućinu membranske jedinice kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) pod pritiskom iz druge membranske pumpe (11) i opskrba plinovitim dušikom pod tlakom od 137 kPa do 483 kPa (20 do 70 psi) do dijela za plin membranske jedinice kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8); ubrizgavanje plinovitog dušika u vodu preko membrane kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8); daljnje prenošenje vode s dušikom iz kontaktora za tekućinu/plin (8) kroz drugi igličasti ventil za kontrolu protoka (16) do točke miješanja tekućine (23); miješanje koncentrata pića i vode s dušikom na točki miješanja tekućine (23) pod pozitivnim tlakom kako bi se dobilo piće s dušikom; dovod pića s dušikom pod pritiskom do slavine za piće s postupnim točenjem i točenje pića s dušikom kroz slavinu za piće s postupnim točenjem kontroliranom brzinom do posude; pri čemu se volumen i tlak koncentrata pića i vode s dušikom koji se kombiniraju u točki miješanja tekućine (23) kontroliraju prvim i drugim igličastim ventilom za kontrolu protoka (17, 16), a tijekom točenja pića s dušikom, zadržava se tlak pića s dušikom u vodu za piće (18) od točke miješanja do slavine.
10. Metoda iz 9. zahtjeva prema kojoj se (I) piće s dušikom toči kroz slavinu opremljenu mlaznicom ili pločom za ograničavanje koja omogućuje otpuštanje plina N2 ili N2/CO2 iz pića kad se toči u posudu; pri čemu je moguće koncentrat kave ohladiti na temperaturu od 1,1 °C do 2,8 °C (34 do 37 °F); ili: pri čemu se (II) barem koncentrat pića hladi na temperaturu od 36 do 38 °F prije miješanja s vodom s dušikom; ili: pri čemu (III) je koncentrat pića koncentrat kave; pri čemu postoji izbor udjela N2 u točenoj kavi s N2 od 20 do 50 ppm; ili: pri čemu (IV) kontrolirana brzina točenja pića iznosi 2,8 do 141 g (0,1 do 5 unci) pića s dušikom u sekundi; ili: spomenuta metoda (V) nadalje uključuje prolazak vode kroz sito i/ili jedinicu za filtriranje prije ulaska u membransku jedinicu kontaktora za tekućinu/plin.
11. Komplet za točenje pića, koji sadržava barem sustav iz 1. zahtjeva u samostalnoj jedinici.
12. Komplet za doziranje iz 11. zahtjeva, čija se samostalna jedinica može pričvrstiti na zid ili ploču.
13. Komplet za točenje pića iz 11. zahtjeva, koji nadalje sadržava sustav za točenje pića bez dušika; sustav za pića bez dušika koji se sastoji od: izravni vod za vodu od druge membranske pumpe do trećeg igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka, do trećeg nepovratnog ventila i do točke miješanja pića bez dušika; drugi vod koncentrata za piće od prve membranske pumpe do četvrtog igličastog ventila za kontrolu protoka, do četvrtog povratnog ventila i do točke miješanja pića bez dušika; voda za pića od točke miješanja pića bez dušika do slavine pića bez dušika; i uređaj za točenje pića bez dušika koji sadržava slavinu za pića bez dušika.
