Abstract

Παρέχονται ένα σύστημα και μία μέθοδος παρασκευής και διανομής παγωμένου ποτού με έγχυση αερίου Ν2 ή N2/CO2. To ποτό με έγχυση αερίου λαμβάνεται δια ανάμιξης ενός συμπυκνώματος ποτού με νερό με έγχυση αερίου Ν2 ή N2/CO2 υπό θετική πίεση και διανομή του παρασκευασμένου ποτού μέσω μιας βρύσης βραδείας ροής. Το ποτό μπορεί να είναι οποιοδήποτε μη ανθρακούχο υγρό και σε μία υλοποίηση το ποτό είναι καφές. Ο διανεμημένος παγωμένος καφές με έγχυση αερίου Ν2 ή N2/CO2 έχει μία μοναδική εμφάνιση και ενισχυμένη γεύση και άρωμα. Το σύστημα μπορεί να παρέχεται ως μία αυτόνομη μονάδα.
