Claims (14)

1. Sustav magnetskog ovjesa (MC1; MC2; MC3) za vozilo (20) koji sadrži: - tračnicu (30) koja je izrađena od materijala reaktivnog na generirano magnetsko polje i koja se sastoji od dvije suprotne bočne površine (R1, R2); - klizni element (50) koji se može kliziti po tračnici i koji je uglavnom u obliku slova U, koji sadrži dva paralelna kraka (54) čije nasuprotne površine (P1, P2) omeđuju prazan prostor (G) koji djelomično zauzima tračnica, svaka od dviju nasuprotnih bočnih površina tračnice okrenuta je prema jednoj od nasuprotnih površina dva paralelna kraka naznačen time što ima - najmanje jedan stalni magnet ili elektromagnet montiran na kliznom elementu za generiranje magnetskog polja koje udara i prolazi kroz navedene nasuprotne površine i navedene suprotne bočne površine, pri čemu je polarna os (Q) magnetskog polja ortogonalna prema takvim površinama; tračnica i klizni element koji za navedeno generirano magnetsko polje tvore zatvoreni krug sposoban generirati dovoljnu silu za održavanje tračnice okomito ovješene unutar praznog prostora kliznog elementa.
2. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što je klizni element cjelovit s vozilom i tračnica je cjelovita s potpornom konstrukcijom (10) za putanju vozila.
3. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što sadrži stalne magnete postavljene duž i/ili na kraju navedenih paralelnih krakova za generiranje magnetskog polja koje pogađa i prolazi kroz navedene nasuprotne površine i navedene suprotne bočne površine.
4. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili 3, naznačen time što je navedeni materijal koji je reaktivan na magnetsko polje, feromagnetski materijal.
5. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili 3 ili 4, naznačen time što navedeni klizni element (50) sadrži: komad feromagnetskog materijala u obliku slova U koji se sastoji od dva paralelna kraka (54), magnet (56) postavljen na kraju svakog kraka, pri čemu dva magneta (56) imaju magnetske polove (N, S) koji su okrenuti i nasuprotni, a njihove odgovarajuće polarne osi (Q) su uglavnom • paralelne jedna s drugom, • usmjerene ortogonalno prema krajnjoj površini krakova, • i po mogućnosti poravnate.
6. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili 3 ili 4 ili 5, naznačen time što tračnica (130), promatrana u ravnini poprečnog presjeka ortogonalno na uzdužnu os tračnice, sadrži prvi dio na čijem se kraju nalazi drugi dio čija je debljina - veća od prvog dijela i - omeđena s navedene dvije suprotne bočne površine (1R1; 1R2).
7. Sustav (MC1, MC2, MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2 ili 3 ili 4 ili 5 ili 6, naznačen time što je tračnica (130) obložena ili oblikovana s naslaganim pločama (360) ili sinteriranim materijalom i svaka ploča (360) obuhvaća navedeni drugi dio (136) tračnice (130).
8. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što sadrži: • prvi par elemenata za pozicioniranje (64a, b) montirane uzvodno od kliznog elementa, • drugi par elemenata za pozicioniranje (64a, b) montirane nizvodno od kliznog elementa, te se elementi za pozicioniranje svakog para - postavljeni usklađeno sa suprotnim stranama tračnice, - spojeni na klizni element; i - sposobni primijeniti silu na svaku stranu tračnice.
9. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što se elementi za pozicioniranje svakog para neovisno pomiču duž geometrijske osi (Z) koja ih spaja i koja je uglavnom ortogonalna prema stranama tračnice.
10. Sustav (MC2) prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što se navedeni par elemenata za pozicioniranje sastoji od dva kotača (64a, b) ili od dva jastuka sa stlačenim zrakom (90) ili dva elektromagneta ili dva Hallbachova niza.
11. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8 ili 9 ili 10, naznačen time što se elementi (64a, b) svakog para mogu pomaknuti samo u skladu s dva neovisna kretanja: - međusobno relativno duž geometrijske osi (Z) koja ih međusobno spaja, i - oboje u odnosu na klizni element.
12. Sustav (MC1; MC2; MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8 ili 9 ili 10 ili 11, naznačen time što sadrži - osjetnike tlaka i/ili indukcije za otkrivanje sile kojom se elementi svakog para potiskuju jedan prema drugom duž geometrijske osi (Z) koja ih spaja i sile kojom se oba potiskuju u odnosu na klizni element; - mikroprocesor spojen na osjetnike i programiran za kontrolu dviju navedenih sila.
13. Sustav (MC1, MC2, MC3) prema patentnom zahtjevu 8 ili 9 ili 10 ili 11 ili 12, naznačen time što je navedeni par elemenata za pozicioniranje konfiguriran za stvaranje sile kočenja za vozilo.
14. Nosač s magnetskim ovjesom koji sadrži sustav prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva.
