Claims (13)

1. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje koji sadrže A) najmanje jedan polialkilen tereftalat ili policikloalkilen tereftalat, B) najmanje jednu organsku fosfinsku sol formule (I) i/ili najmanje jednu organsku difosfinsku sol formule (II) i/ili njihove polimere, [image] u kojoj R1, R2 su isti ili različiti i svaki su ravni ili razgranati C1-C6-alkil, i/ili C6-C14-aril, R3 je ravni ili razgranati C1-C10-alkilen, C6-C10-arilen ili C1-C6-alkil-C6-C10-arilen ili C6-C10-aril-C1-C6-alkilen, M je aluminij, cink ili titanij, m je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 4; n je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 3, i x je 1 ili 2, gdje n, x i m u formuli (II) mogu u isto vrijeme imati samo takve cjelobrojne vrijednosti da je difosfinska sol formule (II) u cjelini nenabijena, C) najmanje jedan kondenzirani derivat melamina, D) najmanje jednu anorgansku fosfatnu sol iz skupine koja sadrži aluminijev tris(dihidrogenfosfat), magnezijev bis(dihidrogenfosfat), cinkov bis(dihidrogenfosfat) i cinkov bis(dihidrogenfosfat) dihidrat, i E) najmanje jedan derivat melamina različit od komponente C).
2. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time što oni sadrže, na temelju 100 masenih dijelova komponente A), 10 do 70 masenih dijelova komponente B), 1 do 30 masenih dijelova komponente C), 0.01 do 5 masenih dijelova komponente D), i 2 do 50 masenih dijelova komponente E).
3. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačeni time što oni sadrže, osim komponenata A) do E), također F) najmanje jedan metalni sulfat, poželjno u količinama od 1 do 40 masenih dijelova, na temelju 100 masenih dijelova komponente A).
4. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeni time što oni sadrže, osim komponenata A) do F), ili umjesto F), također G) najmanje jedno punilo ili pojačivač različit od komponenata B) do F), poželjno u količinama od 0.1 do 300 masenih dijelova, na temelju 100 masenih dijelova komponente A).
5. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeni time što oni sadrže, osim komponenata A) do G) ili umjesto F) i/ili G), također H) najmanje jedan dodatni aditiv različit od komponenata B) do G), poželjno u količinama od 0.01 do 80 masenih dijelova, na temelju 100 masenih dijelova komponente A).
6. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeni time što se melam, melem ili melon i njihove smjese koriste kao komponenta C), naročito melem.
7. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeni time što se spojevi komponente D) koriste u obliku smjesa s kalcijevim pirofosfatom ili s kalcijevim hidrogenfosfatom ili kalcijevim hidrogenfosfatom dihidratom.
8. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što A) predstavlja polibutilen tereftalat, B) predstavlja aluminijev tris(dietilfosfinat), C) predstavlja melem, D) predstavlja magnezijev bis(dihidrogenfosfat) i E) predstavlja melamin cijanurat.
9. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što A) predstavlja polibutilen tereftalat, B) predstavlja aluminijev tris(dietilfosfinat), C) predstavlja melem, D) predstavlja aluminij tris(dihidrogenfosfat) i E) predstavlja melamin cijanurat.
10. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što A) predstavlja polibutilen tereftalat, B) predstavlja aluminij tris(dietilfosfinat), C) predstavlja melem, D) predstavlja cinkov bis(dihidrogenfosfat) i E) predstavlja melamin cijanurat.
11. Pripravci, spojevi i proizvodi za kalupljenje u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačeni time što A) predstavlja polibutilen tereftalat, B) predstavlja aluminijev tris(dietilfosfinat), C) predstavlja melem, D) predstavlja cinkov bis(dihidrogenfosfat) dihidrat i E) predstavlja melamin cijanurat.
12. Upotreba komponente B) najmanje jedne organske fosfinske soli formule (I) i/ili najmanje jedne organske difosfinske soli formule (II) i/ili njihovih polimera, [image] u kojoj R1, R2 su isti ili različiti i svaki su ravni ili razgranati C1-C6-alkil, i/ili C6-C14-aril, R3 je ravni ili razgranati C1-C10-alkilen, C6-C10-arilen ili C1-C6-alkil-C6-C10-arilen ili C6-C10-aril-C1-C6-alkilen, M je aluminij, cink ili titanij, m je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 4; n je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 3, i x je 1 ili 2, gdje n, x i m u formuli (II) mogu u isto vrijeme imati samo takve cjelobrojne vrijednosti da je difosfinska sol formule (II) u cjelini nenabijena, zajedno s komponentom C), najmanje jednim kondenziranim derivatom melamina, i komponentu D), najmanje jednom anorganskom fosfatnom soli iz skupine koja sadrži aluminij tris(dihidrogenfosfat), magnezijev bis(dihidrogenfosfat), cink bis(dihidrogenfosfat) i cink bis(dihidrogenfosfat) dihidrat, i E) najmanje jedan derivat melamina različit od komponente C), poželjno melamin cijanurat, za proizvodnju pripravka na bazi poliestera, spojeva i proizvoda za kalupljenje, poželjno proizvoda otpornih na puzajuću struju, poželjnije električnih ili elektroničkih sklopova i komponenti, pri čemu je poliester odabran iz skupine polialkilen tereftalata i policikloalkilen tereftalata.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda, po mogućnosti za električnu ili elektroničku industriju, poželjnije elektroničkih ili električnih sklopova i komponenti, naznačen time što se pripravci prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 11 miješaju dajući spoj za kalupljenje, istisnut u obliku ekstrudata, ohlađen sve dok se ne može granulirati i peletizirati, te na kraju podvrgnut kao materijal matrice injekcijskom prešanju ili postupku ekstrudiranja, poželjno postupku injekcijskog prešanja.
