Claims (15)
1. Pripravci koji sadrže
A) najmanje jedan polialkilen tereftalat ili policikloalkilen tereftalat,
B) najmanje jednu organsku fosfinsku sol formule (I) i/ili najmanje jednu organsku difosfinsku sol formule (II) i/ili njezine polimere,

u kojoj
R1 i R2 su identični ili različiti i linearni su ili razgranati C1-C6 alkil, i/ili su C6-C14 aril,
R3 je linearni ili razgranati C1-C10 alkilen, C6-C10 arilen ili C1-C6 alkil-C6-C10 arilen ili C6-C10 aril-C1-C6 alkilen,
M je aluminij, cink ili titan,
m je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 4;
n je cijeli broj u rasponu od 1 do 3, i
x je 1 i 2,
pri čemu n, x i m u formuli (II) mogu istovremeno imati samo one cjelobrojne vrijednosti takve da je difosfinska sol formule (II) u cjelini nenabijena, i
C) najmanje jednu anorgansku fosfatnu sol iz skupine metalnih hidrogenfosfata, metalnih dihidrogenfosfata, metalnih dihidrogen pirofosfata i/ili metalnih pirofosfata, pri čemu je metal magnezij.
2. Pripravci prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačeni time što pored komponenata A) , B) i C) upotrebljava najmanje jedna komponenta D) koja usporava gorenje koja sadrži dušik.
3. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 2, naznačeni time što dodatno uz komponente A) do D) ili umjesto D) oni dodatno sadrže E) najmanje jedno punilo ili sredstvo za ojačanje.
4. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačeni time što osim komponenti A) do E) ili umjesto C) i/ili D) i/ili E) dodatno sadrže F) najmanje jedan dodatni aditiv koji se razlikuje od komponenti B), C), D) i E), poželjno titanijev dioksid.
5. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačeni time što se koristi najmanje jedan polialkilen tereftalat koji se bira između polietilen tereftalata, polibutilen tereftalata ili poli-1,4-cikloheksandimetanol tereftalata.
6. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačeni time što je M u formulama (I) ili (II) aluminij.
7. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačeni time što su R1 i R2 u formulama (I) i (II) identični ili različiti i što su C1-C6 alkil, linearni ili razgranati, i/ili fenil.
8. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 7, naznačeni time što se kao komponenta D) upotrebljavaju melamin cijanurat, melamin polifosfat, bismelamin cinkdifosfat i/ili bismelamin aluminotrifosfat.
9. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 3 do 8, naznačeni time što se staklena vlakna koriste kao punilo ili sredstvo za ojačanje.
10. Pripravci prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 4 do 9, naznačeni time što se kao dodatak koristi barijev sulfat.
11. Spojevi za kalupljenje koji se mogu dobiti miješanjem pripravaka prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10 u najmanje jednoj miješalici, poželjno ekstruderu.
12. Spojevi za kalupljenje prema patentnom zahtjevu 11, naznačeni time što se dodatno ispuštaju kako bi tvorile niti, hlade se sve dok se mogu peletizirati, te se peletiziraju.
13. Pripravci prema patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 10 i spojevi za kalupljenje prema patentnim zahtjevima 11 i 12, naznačeni time što sadrže komponentu A) u rasponu od 68 do 93,99 mas.%, komponentu B) u rasponu od 6 do 30 mas.% i komponentu C) u rasponu od 0,01 do 2 mas.%, te zbroj svih težinskih postotaka uvijek iznosi 100.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju proizvoda, naznačen time što se spojevi za kalupljenje prema zahtjevima 11 do 13 podvrgavaju injekcijskom prešanju ili ekstruziji.
15. Upotreba pripravaka u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10 ili spojeva za oblikovanje prema zahtjevima 11 do 13 za proizvodnju proizvoda otpornih na praćenje, poželjno električnih ili elektroničkih sklopova i komponenti.
