Claims (12)

1. Proizvod namijenjen uklanjanju ulja, uključujući naftu i naftne derivate, iz tla ili s tvrdih površina u obliku vodene otopine prirodnog polisaharida i tenzida, naznačen time što prirodni polisaharid predstavlja polisaharidne mikrogelove molekulske mase od 20.000 do 200.000 D i s veličinom čestica od 50 do 600 nm, gdje je ukupna koncentracija polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida u vodenoj otopini najmanje 0,2 g/l, te gdje se omjer između polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida kreće u rasponu od 10:1 do 1:10.
2. Proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogelovi predstavljaju mikrogelove na bazi karboksimetilceluloze, dok tenzid predstavlja anionski tenzid.
3. Proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogelovi predstavljaju mikrogelove na bazi pektinskih materijala koji sadrže karboksilnu skupinu, dok tenzid predstavlja anionski tenzid.
4. Proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogelovi predstavljaju mikrogelove na bazi hitozana, dok upotrijebljeni tenzid predstavlja kationski tenzid.
5. Proizvod u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogelovi predstavljaju mikrogelove na bazi pektina koji sadrže amino skupinu, dok upotrijebljeni tenzid predstavlja kationski tenzid.
6. Postupak uklanjanja ulja, uključujući naftu i naftne derivate, iz tla, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak sastoji u obradi čestica tla sredstvom za obrađivanje u obliku vodene otopine prirodnog polisaharida i tenzida, uz naknadno obiranje produkta reakcije s uljem, gdje se najprije prikupi tlo, te uroni u sredstvo za obrađivanje; gdje upotrijebljeni prirodni polisaharid predstavlja polisaharidne mikrogelove molekulske mase u rasponu od 20.000-200.000 D i s veličinom čestica u rasponu od 50-600 nm; gdje je ukupna koncentracija polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida u vodenoj otopini najmanje 0,2 g/l, a omjer između polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida se kreće između 10:1 i 1:10,
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što se, dodatno i bilo prije uranjanja tla ili za vrijeme uranjanja tla, tlo mehanički usitni, tako da mu veličina čestica bude najviše 50 mm.
8. Postupak uklanjanja ulja, uključujući naftu i naftne derivate, s tvrdih površina, naznačen time što se navedeni postupak sastoji u obradi tvrde površine sredstvom za obrađivanje u obliku vodene otopine prirodnog polisaharida i tenzida, uz naknadno prikupljanje produkta reakcije između sredstva za obrađivanje s uljem, gdje upotrijebljeni prirodni polisaharid predstavlja polisaharidne mikrogelove molekulske mase od 20.000-200.000 D i s veličinom čestica u rasponu od 50-600 nm; gdje je ukupna koncentracija polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida u vodenoj otopini najmanje 0,2 g/l, a omjer između polisaharidnih mikrogelova i tenzida se kreće u rasponu od 10:1-1:10.
9. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogel predstavlja mikrogelove na bazi karboksimetilceluloze, dok tenzid predstavlja anionski tenzid.
10. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogel predstavlja polisaharidne mikrogelove na bazi pektina koji sadrže karboksilnu skupinu, dok upotrijebljeni tenzid predstavlja anionski tenzid.
11. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogel predstavlja mikrogelove na bazi hitozana, dok tenzid predstavlja kationski tenzid.
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 8, naznačen time što upotrijebljeni polisaharidni mikrogel predstavlja mikrogelove na bazi pektinskih tvari koje sadrže amino skupinu, dok tenzid predstavlja kationski tenzid.
