Claims (10)
1. Metoda upravljanja instalacijom za površinsku obradu (12), u kojoj metodi prekomjerno raspršivanje koje se formira u jednoj ili više kabina za oblaganje (10) zauzima struja zraka i prenosi na jednu ili više jednokratnih jedinica za odvajanje (44), u kojima se odvaja prekomjerno raspršivanje i koje se u svakom slučaju zamjenjuju, kao opterećena jednokratna odvajačka jedinica (64), s praznom jednokratnom jedinicom za odvajanje (44) nakon postizanja graničnog opterećenja prekomjernim raspršivanjem,
naznačen time što
se obrađeni materijal (100; 102) koji čini naknadno iskorištavanje mogućim proizvodi od opterećenih jednokratnih odvajačkih jedinica (64),
pri čemu su tijekom proizvodnje obrađenog materijala (100) iz opterećenih jednokratnih odvajačkih jedinica (64), opterećene jednokratne odvajačke jedinice (64) sušene.
2. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se obrađeni materijal (100) proizvodi u instalaciji za obradu (70) koja je pričvršćena na instalaciju za površinsku obradu (12).
3. Metoda prema zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što se obrađeni materijal (100) proizvodi u instalaciji za preradu (70) koja je odvojena od instalacije za površinsku obradu (12).
4. Metoda prema zahtjevu 2 ili 3, naznačena time što instalacija za površinsku obradu (12) obuhvaća više kabina za oblaganje (10), u kojima nastaju različite vrste prekomjernog raspršivanja i
a) opterećene jednokratne odvajačke jedinice (64) su obrađene zajedno u instalaciji za obradu (70), bez obzira na vrstu prekomjernog raspršivanja s kojim su opterećeni;
ili
b) u svakom slučaju se opterećeni filter moduli (64) koji potječu od jednog te istog ili istog tipa kabine za oblaganje (10) obrađuju zajedno, s ishodom da filter moduli (64) koji su zajedno obrađeni su opterećeni prekomjernim raspršivanjem iste vrste i dobiven je obrađeni materijal (100) jedne vrste u smislu vrste prekomjernog raspršivanja.
5. Metoda prema zahtjevu 4, naznačena time što se obrada provodi prema koraku b) navedenom u navedenom zahtjevu i različiti se jednovrsni obrađeni materijali (100) kombiniraju i tvore mješoviti obrađeni materijal (102).
6. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačena time što je obrađeni materijal (100; 102) hranjen za toplinsku upotrebu.
7. Metoda prema zahtjevu 6, naznačena time što se toplinska iskorištenost ostvaruje spaljivanjem u instalaciji za spaljivanje (B).
8. Metoda prema zahtjevu 7, naznačena time što je instalacija za spaljivanje (B) pričvršćena na površinu instalacije za površinsku obradu (12).
9. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 6 do 8, naznačena time što se energija povraćena tijekom toplinske upotrebe koristi za upravljanje instalacijom za površinsku obradu instalacija (12) i / ili instalacijom za obradu (70).
10. Metoda prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačena time što tijekom proizvodnje obrađenog materijal (100) iz opterećenih jednokratnih odvajačkih jedinica (64), jedan je ili više sljedećih koraka provedeno:
a) grubo drobljenje ili smanjenje veličine opterećene odvajačke jedinice (64) za oblikovanje dijelova filtra (82) ili filter paketa (86);
b) usitnjavanje opterećenih odvajačkih jedinica (64) ili dijelova filtra (82) ili filter paketa (86) da oblikuju grubo usitnjeni materijal (92) ili da oblikuju fino usitnjen materijal (96);
c) miješanje aditiva tijekom sušenja jednokratnih odvajačkih jedinica (64) ili tijekom jednog ili više gore navedenih koraka a) ili b).
