Claims (15)
1. Postupak za razdvajanje sirovine koja sadrži benzen, toluen i spojeve koji imaju 8 ili više ugljikovih atoma, u uređaju za odvajanje koji sadrži najmanje jednu kolonu za reformiranje (C1), jednu jedinicu za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) i jednu transalkilacijsku jedinicu (P4), efluenti iz navedenih jedinica odvajaju se u slijedeće destilacijske kolone: benzensku kolonu (C9), toluensku kolonu (C10) i stabilizacijsku kolonu (C11), te navedeni postupak obuhvaća sljedeće faze:
toluenska kolona (C10) se napaja izravno s C7+ rezom koji proizlazi s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11) smještene nizvodno od jedinice za transalkilaciju (P4) kako bi se povukao gornji produkt iz kolone toluena (C10) obogaćen benzenom i toluenom i produkt sa dna iz toluenske kolone (C10) obogaćen spojevima koji imaju 8 ili više ugljikovih atoma,
benzenska kolona (C9) se napaja gornjim produktom iz toluenske kolone (C10) kako bi se iz povukao gornji produkt obogaćen benzenom iz benzenske kolone (C9) i produkt s dna obogaćen toluenom iz benzenske kolone (C9), i
jedinica za transalkilaciju (P4) se napaja produktom s dna obogaćenim toluenom iz benzenske kolone (C9),
u kojem se toluenska kolona (C10) napaja s uglavnom aromatskim rezom koji proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1), pri čemu napajanje toluenske kolone (C10) proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) koje se provodi odvojeno od i iznad dovoda toluenske kolone (C10) koji dolazi s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11), ili
u kojem se benzenska kolona (C9) napaja s uglavnom aromatskim rezom koji proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) kao smjesa sa ili odvojeno od gornjeg produkta iz toluenske kolone (C10).
2. Postupak razdvajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se toluenska kolona (C10) dodatno napaja s gornjim produktom iz kolone za pročišćavanje (C6) u obliku smjese s rezom C7 ili odvojeno od C7+ reza koji proizlazi s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11).
3. Postupak razdvajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se jedinica za transalkilaciju (P4) dodatno napaja s gornjim produktom iz kolone za pročišćavanje (C6) kao smjesa s produktom s dna ili odvojeno od produkta s dna iz benzenske kolone (C9).
4. Postupak razdvajanja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što uređaj za razdvajanje dodatno obuhvaća jedinicu za odvajanje para-ksilena (P2) i jedinicu za izomerizaciju ksilena (P3), pri čemu se navedeni efluenti odvajaju u slijedećim dodatnim kolonama za destilaciju: koloni za ksilene (C2), koloni za teške aromate (C3), koloni za rafinate (C4), koloni za ekstrakt (C5), koloni za pročišćavanje (C6), deheptanizeru (C7) i striper koloni (C8).
5. Postupak razdvajanja prema patentnom zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što samo kolona za ksilene (C2) i kolona za teške aromate (C3) napajaju jedinicu za transalkilaciju (P4) s C9+ aromatskim spojevima.
6. Postupak razdvajanja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što: se kolona za reformiranje (C1) napaja sirovinom kako bi se dobio C7- rez na vrhu kolone za reformiranje (C1), i jedinica za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) se napaja s C7-rezom kako bi se ekstrahirali parafinski spojevi C7- reza i proizveo uglavnom aromatski rez.
7. Postupak razdvajanja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su radni uvjeti benzenske kolona C9 kako slijedi:
temperatura od 130°C do 180°C na reboileru, od 70°C do 130°C na kondenzatoru;
tlak: između 0,1 MPa i 0,5 MPa; i
benzenska kolona C9 sadrži između 35 i 55 teoretskih ploča.
8. Postupak razdvajanja prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su radni uvjeti toluenske kolone C10 kako slijedi:
temperatura od 130°C do 260°C na reboileru, od 50°C do 200°C na kondenzatoru;
tlak: između 0,05 MPa i 1 MPa; i
toluenska kolona C10 sadrži između 30 i 55 teoretskih ploča.
9. Uređaj za razdvajanje sirovine koja sadrži benzen, toluen i spojeve koji imaju 8 ili više ugljikovih atoma, te uređaj za odvajanje sadrži najmanje jednu kolonu za reformiranje (C1), jednu jedinicu za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) i jednu transalkilacijsku jedinicu (P4), uređaj za razdvajanje dodatno sadrži slijedeće kolone za destilaciju efluenata iz navedenih jedinica: benzensku kolonu (C9), toluensku kolonu (C10) i stabilizacijsku kolonu (C11),
toluenska kolona (C10) je prikladna za napajanje s C7+ rezom koji proizlazi s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11) smještene nizvodno od jedinice za transalkilaciju (P4) i za isporuku gornjeg produkta iz toluenske kolone (C10) obogaćenog benzenom i toluenom i produkta s dna toluenske kolone (C10) obogaćenog sa spojevima koji imaju 8 ili više ugljikovih atoma,
- benzenska kolona (C9) je prikladna za napajanje gornjim produktom iz toluenske kolone (C10) i za isporuku benzenom obogaćenog gornjeg produkta iz benzenske kolone (C9) i toluenom obogaćenog produkta s dna benzenske kolone (C9), i
- jedinica za transalkilaciju (P4) je prikladna za obradu toluenom obogaćenog produkta s dna benzenske kolone (C9),
u kojem je toluenska kolona (C10) prikladna za napajanje s uglavnom aromatskim rezom koji proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1), te napajanje toluenske kolone (C10) proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) koje se provodi odvojeno od i iznad napajanja toluenske kolone (C10) koje potječe s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11), ili
u kojem je benzenska kolona (C9) prikladna za napajanje s uglavnom aromatskim rezom koji proizlazi iz jedinice za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) u obliku smjese s gornjim produktom ili odvojeno od gornjeg produkta iz toluenske kolone (C10).
10. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je toluenska kolona (C10) prikladna za napajanje s gornjim produktom iz kolone za pročišćavanje (C6) u obliku smjese sa C7+ rezom ili odvojeno od C7+ reza koji potječe s dna stabilizacijske kolone (C11).
11. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema patentnom zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što je jedinica za transalkilaciju (P4) prikladna za napajanje s gornjim produktom iz kolone za pročišćavanje (C6) u obliku smjese s produktom s dna ili odvojeno od produkta s dna iz benzenske kolone (C9).
12. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 11, naznačen time što dodatno obuhvaća jedinicu za odvajanje para-ksilena (P2), jedinicu za izomerizaciju ksilena (P3) i sljedeće dodatne kolone za destilaciju navedenih efluenata: kolonu za ksilene (C2), kolonu za teške aromate (C3), kolonu za rafinate (C4), kolonu za ekstrakt (C5), kolonu za pročišćavanje (C6), deheptanizer (C7) i striper kolonu (C8).
13. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 12, naznačen time što je kolona za reformiranje (C1) prikladna za napajanje sirovinom kako bi se dobio C7-rez na vrhu kolone za reformiranje (C1), a jedinica za ekstrakciju aromata (P1) je prikladna za napajanje s C7- rezom kako bi se ekstrahirali parafinski spojevi iz C7- reza i proizveo uglavnom aromatski rez.
14. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 13, naznačen time što je benzenska kolona C9 prikladna za upotrebu u sljedećim radnim uvjetima:
temperatura od 130°C do 180°C na reboileru, od 70°C do 130°C na kondenzatoru;
tlak: između 0,1 MPa i 0,5 MPa; i
benzenska kolona C9 sadrži između 35 i 55 teoretskih ploča.
15. Uređaj za razdvajanje prema bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 9 do 14, naznačen time što je toluenska kolona C10 prikladna za upotrebu u sljedećim radnim uvjetima:
temperatura od 130°C do 260°C na reboileru, od 50°C do 200°C na kondenzatoru;
tlak: između 0,05 MPa i 1 MPa; i
toluenska kolona C10 sadrži između 30 i 55 teoretskih ploča.
