Claims (9)
1. Metoda za proizvodnju proizvoda na bazi mlijeka u komadima, pri čemu je spomenuti proizvod mozzarella ili preparat na bazi mlijeka koja obuhvaća korake:
- realizacije lista (10) spomenutog proizvoda, pri čemu spomenuti list sadrži prvu porciju; pri čemu list (10) ima suštinski dvodimenzionalni produžetak sa smanjenom debljinom;
- hlađenja navedene prve porcije lista (10); pri čemu korak hlađenja spomenute prve porcije lista (10) obuhvaća korak napredovanja spomenutog lista (10) u tunel (4) za hlađenje, brzina hlađenja je takva da je zrak radni fluid, bez potrebe za potapanjem proizvoda u vodu;
- dobivanja komada spomenutog proizvoda iz spomenute prve porcije lista (10).
2. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačena time što korak dobivanja komada spomenutog proizvoda obuhvaća korak sječenja prve porcije lista (10);
pri čemu spomenuta metoda obuhvaća korak pakiranja zajedno, u isti spremnik, velikog broja spomenutih komada spomenutog proizvoda.
3. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačena time što korak realizacije prve porcije lista (10) spomenutog proizvoda obuhvaća korake:
- realizacije spomenute prve porcije lista (10), koji ima prvu debljinu, istiskivanjem;
- smanjenja spomenute prve debljine gnječenjem.
4. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 3, naznačena time što je prva debljina veća od 13 milimetara; korak smanjivanja gnječenjem prve debljine uključuje uzrokovanje da spomenuta prva porcija lista (10) pređe u jednu ili više stanica (3) za kalibraciju koje sadrže dva valjka (31, 32) za gnječenje koji rotiraju u suprotnom smjeru, dobivajući za spomenutu prvu porciju list (10) koji ima debljinu manju od 6 milimetara.
5. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što korak napredovanja prve porcije lista (10) u tunel (4) za hlađenje obuhvaća pod-korak postavljanja prve porcije lista (10) na perforirani remen (43) za pomicanje koji prolazi unutar tunela (4).
6. Metoda prema patentnom zahtjevu 5, naznačena time što korak napredovanja prve porcije lista (10) u tunel (4) za hlađenje obuhvaća korak napredovanja prve porcije lista (10) na remenu (42) za pomicanje koji prolazi unutar tunela (4) i koji ima površinu za nošenje lista (10) koja nema rupe; pri čemu se korak napredovanja spomenute prve porcije lista (10) na remenu (42) za pomicanje koji ima površinu za nošenje lista (10) koja nema rupe dešava prije koraka postavljanja spomenute prve porcije lista (10) na perforirani remen (43) za pomicanje.
7. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što korak hlađenja prve porcije lista (10) uključuje uzrokovanje da prva porcija lista (10) pređe na najmanje jednu grupu (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) remenja za pomicanje koji prolaze u tunel (4), remeni spomenute grupe (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) nalaze se jedan iznad drugog; pri čemu svaki od spomenutih remena definira, između dva odgovarajuća krajnja valjka (46, 47), gornju putanju (460) i donju putanju (470), pri čemu grupa (41, 42, 43, 44, 45) remenja sadrži remen koji se nalazi iznad i remen koji se nalazi ispod; na kraju gornje putanje (460) remen koji se nalazi iznad namotava se oko jednog od spomenuta dva krajnja valjka (46, 47), postavljajući prvu porciju lista (10) silom gravitacije na remen koji se nalazi ispod koji cirkulira u suprotnom smjeru u odnosu na remen koji se nalazi iznad; pri čemu korak postavljanja prve porcije lista (10) silom gravitacije na remen koji se nalazi ispod obuhvaća korak preokretanja lista (10) okretanjem strane prve porcije lista (10) na gore koja je bila okrenuta na dolje na remenu koji se nalazi iznad.
8. Metoda prema bilo kojem od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačena time što se korak dobivanja komada spomenutog proizvoda iz prve porcije dešava postavljanjem prve porcije lista (10) u kontakt sa sječivima dvije rotirajuće grupe ili probijanjem, uz pomoć kalupa, prve porcije lista (10) kako bi se dobili komadi koji su komplementarno oblikovani u odnosu na obujam kalupa.
9. Postrojenje za proizvodnju proizvoda na bazi mlijeka u komadima, koje sadrži:
- istezač (2) koji sadrži sredstvo (21) za zagrijavanje preparata;
- sredstvo (22) za formiranje lista spomenutog proizvoda koje se nalazi nizvodno od istezača (2);
- sredstvo (23) za hlađenje lista koje sadrži tunel (4) za hlađenje, pri čemu se spomenuti tunel (4) za hlađenje nalazi nizvodno od sredstva (22) za formiranje; u tunelu (4) za hlađenje, zrak se hladi i zauzvrat hladi list prirodnom ili prinudnom konvekcijom;
- stanica (5) za formiranje komada spomenutog proizvoda od lista, pri čemu se spomenuta stanica (5) za formiranje nalazi nizvodno od tunela (4) za hlađenje.
