Claims (20)
1. Materijal za prevlačenje za proizvodnju slojeva prevlake, naznačen time, da sadrži najmanje
- 15 do 70 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog CH-kiselinskog spoja A koji se bira od spojeva formule

Y koji je alkilna skupina, aralkilna skupina, arilna skupina, alkoksi skupina ili amino skupina, i s
Y' koji je alkilna skupina, aralkilna skupina, arilna skupina, alkoksi skupina ili amino skupina,
- 4 do 40 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog vinilognog karbonilnog spoja B koji se bira od akrilata i maleata,
- 0,1 do 15 masenih postotaka najmanje jednoga latentno-bazičnog katalizatora C,
- 0,00001 do 10 masenih postotaka najmanje jednoga svjetlosnog stabilizatora odabranog iz skupine koja sadrži sakupljače slobodnih radikala, UV apsorbente, rashladna sredstva i peroksidne razlagače,
- 0,00001 do 20 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog produživača roka trajanja na otvorenom, koji je odabran iz skupine koja sadrži bazične NH funkcionalne spojeve koji posjeduju pKa vrijednost između 4 i 14, i
- 0,00001 do 20 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog produživača roka trajanja u spremniku, koji je odabran iz skupine koja sadrži alkohole s najviše 6 ugljikovih atoma, i prikazuje evaporacijski broj ispod 35,
svakoga na temelju ukupne količine materijala za prevlačenje.
2. Materijal za prevlačenje prema patentnom zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da on nadalje sadrži najviše do 70 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog anorganskog i/ili organskog pigmenta.
3. Materijal za prevlačenje prema patentnom zahtjevu 2, naznačen time, da se pigmenti biraju iz skupine koja sadrži titanijev dioksid, željezne okside, kromove okside, kromove titanate, bizmutni vanadat, kobalt plavo, crne pigmente od čađi, pigment žuti 151, pigment žuti 213, pigment žuti 83, pigment narančasti 67, pigment narančasti 62, pigment narančasti 36, pigment crveni 170, pigment ljubičasti 19, pigment ljubičasti 23, pigment plavi 15:3, pigment plavi 15:6 i pigment zeleni 7.
4. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su katalizatori C supstituirane karboksilne kiselinske soli formule

Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da su svjetlosni stabilizatori supstituirani 2,2,6,6-tetrametilpiperidini, 2-hidroksifenil benzotriazoli, 2-hidroksibenzofenoni, 2-hidroksifeniltriazini, oksalanilidi, organski spojevi nikla, tioeteri i/ili fosfiti.
6. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da materijal za prevlačenje sadrži od 0,5 do 5 masenih postotaka, poželjno od 1 do 3 masena postotka svjetlosnih stabilizatora, na temelju ukupne količine materijala za prevlačenje.
7. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da produživači roka trajanja u spremniku jesu alkoholi s najviše 4 ugljikova atoma.
8. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da materijal za prevlačenje sadrži od 0,01 do 15 masenih postotaka, poželjno od 0,1 do 10 masenih postotaka produživača roka trajanja u spremniku, na temelju ukupne količine materijala za prevlačenje.
9. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da produživači roka trajanja na otvorenom su sukcinimidi, 1,2,4-triazoli, 1,2,3-benzotriazoli, 5,5-difenilhidantoini, hidantoini i/ili (RS)-3-etil-3-metilpirolidin-2,5-dion.

12. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da materijal za prevlačenje nadalje sadrži do najviše 60 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog funkcionalnog punila.
13. Materijal za prevlačenje prema definiciji u jednom od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da materijal za prevlačenje nadalje sadrži do najviše 50 masenih postotaka najmanje jednog aprotičkog otapala.
14. Uporaba materijala za prevlačenje prema definiciji u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačena time, da služi za proizvodnju najmanje jednog sloja prevlake u sustavu za prevlačenje.
15. Uporaba prema definiciji u patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačena time, da služi za proizvodnju najmanje jednog temeljnog sloja prevlake od materijala za prevlačenje prema definiciji u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 2 do 13.
16. Uporaba prema definiciji u patentnom zahtjevu 14, naznačena time, da služi za proizvodnju najmanje jednog transparentnog laka od materijala za prevlačenje prema definiciji u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 i 4 do 13.
17. Postupak prevlačenja komponente, naznačen time, da postupak obuhvaća korake (a) nanošenja materijala za prevlačenje prema definiciji u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, na supstrat i (b) sušenje nanesenog sloja u trajanju od 1 do 12 sati na temperaturi od između 5 i 45 °C.
18. Postupak prema patentnom zahtjevu 17, naznačen time, da se materijal za prevlačenje u koraku (a) nanosi pomoću postupka sprejanja.
19. Komponenta, naznačena time, da je obložena s najmanje jednim slojem prevlake koji se proizvodi od materijala za prevlačenje prema definiciji u bilo kojem od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13.
20. Komponenta prema definiciji u patentnom zahtjevu 19, naznačena time, da se kod komponente radi o komponenti željezničkog vozila ili o komponenti zrakoplova.
