Claims (14)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju kalcijevog aluminata u industrijskoj peći (1), naznačen time što:
a) u spremnik (15) od vatrostalnog materijala koji sadrži talinu (11) koja se neprekidno zagrijava, neprekidno se uvode fine čestice sirovine koja je izvor aluminijevog oksida (Al2O3) i/ili aluminija (Al) i sirovine koja je izvor kalcijevog oksida (CaO) i/ili kalcija (Ca) koje imaju prosječni promjer d50 manji od ili jednak 6 000 µm radi taljenja finih čestica sirovine, i
b) na izlazu iz spremnika (15) neprestano se prikuplja tekuća masa (16) kalcijevog aluminata.
2. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se, u fazi a), talina (11) postavlja u redukcijsku atmosferu koja sadrži ugljikov monoksid (CO).
3. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 2, naznačen time što, u fazi a), navedena redukcijska atmosfera u prosjeku sadrži od 0,1% do 100% ugljikovog monoksida (CO).
4. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je temperatura taline (11) kalcijevog aluminata u rasponu između 1300°C i 1700°C.
5. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 4, naznačen time što je temperatura taline (11) kalcijevog aluminata u rasponu između 1400°C i 1600°C.
6. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je vrijeme zadržavanja navedenih finih čestica sirovine u navedenoj talini (11) kalcijevog aluminata manje od 24 sata.
7. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 6, naznačen time što je vrijeme zadržavanja navedenih finih čestica sirovine u navedenoj talini (11) kalcijevog aluminata u rasponu između 30 minuta i 9 sati.
8. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je, u fazi a), sirovina koja je izvor aluminijevog oksida (Al2O3) i/ili aluminija (Al) koja se uvodi u spremnik (15) odabrana od: boksita, korundnih brusnih kamena, nosača katalizatora, vatrostalnih opeka, hidroksida, metalurških aluminijevih oksida, kalciniranih i taljenih aluminijevih oksida, sporednih proizvoda industrije aluminija i neusuglašenih proizvoda proizvodnje, s visokim sadržajem aluminijevog oksida ili jedne od njihovih smjesa, a sirovina koja je izvor kalcijevog oksida (CaO) i/ili kalcija (Ca) koja se uvodi u spremnik (15) odabrana je od: vapnenca, vapna i sporednih proizvoda iz postupaka koji troše vapnenac i vapno kao što je troska ili zgura iz crne metalurgije ili elektrometalurgije ili jedna od njihovih smjesa.
9. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što fine čestice sirovine imaju prosječni promjer d50 u rasponu između 100 µm i 1 000 µm.
10. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 9, naznačen time što fine čestice sirovine imaju prosječni promjer d50 u rasponu između 150 µm i 500 µm.
11. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što se, nakon faze b), hladi tekuća masa (16) kalcijevog aluminata prikupljena na izlazu iz spremnika (15).
12. Postupak za proizvodnju prema zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što se hlađenje provodi prirodno ili na kontroliran način.
13. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od zahtjeva 11 i 12, naznačen time što se ohlađena masa (16) kalcijevog aluminata usitnjava radi oblikovanja kalcijevog aluminatnog cementa.
14. Postupak za proizvodnju prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se navedene fine čestice sirovine koja je izvor aluminijevog oksida (Al2O3) i/ili aluminija (Al) i sirovine koja je izvor kalcijevog oksida (CaO) i/ili kalcija (Ca) uvode u spremnik (15) u obliku rastresitog praha.
