Abstract

La invención se refiere a un procedimiento y una planta para producir clínker de cemento y para purificar los efluentes gaseosos formados, en donde la mezcla bruta del cemento se precalienta en un precalentador por medio de efluentes gaseosos calientes y después se precalcina opcionalmente, la mezcla bruta del cemento precalentada y opcionalmente precalcinada se quema en un horno giratorio para formar clínker de cemento, el clínker de cemento se enfría en un enfriador, los efluentes gaseosos calientes utilizados en el precalentador se utilizan en un molino de cemento para tratar la mezcla bruta del cemento, el contenido de polvo de un efluente gaseoso en molino con polvo formado se reduce en un dispositivo de separación a menos de 5 g/Nm3, preferiblemente menos de 1 g/Nm3, el carbonato ácido alcalino y/o el carbonato alcalino se agrega a y se mezcla con los efluentes gaseoso cuyo contenido de polvo se ha reducido a menos de 5 g/Nm3, y el gas mezclado así formado se suministra subsecuentemente a un filtro de procedimiento para la separación de la carga de polvo con contaminantes.
