Claims (14)
1. Uređaj za sigurno provođenje termodinamičkog procesa u smjeru suprotnom od kazaljke na satu s Clausius-Rankineovim ciklusom (1) uz pomoć zapaljivog radnog fluida težeg od zraka u plinovitom stanju u atmosferskim uvjetima i provodi se u zatvorenom, hermetički zabrtvljenom krugu radnog fluida koji sadrži
– najmanje jedan kompresor (2) za radni fluid,
– najmanje jedan ekspander (4) za radni fluid,
– najmanje dva izmjenjivača topline (3, 5) za radni fluid od kojih svaki ima najmanje dva spoja (7, 8, 9, 10) za fluide za prijenos topline,
– zatvoreno kućište (6) koje sadrži sve uređaje spojene sa zatvorenim krugom radnog fluida i može sadržavati dodatne uređaje,
gdje
– na donjem kraju kućišta se struju fluida isisava iz unutrašnjosti kućišta,
– ta struja fluida prolazi kroz adsorber (14) kroz koji protječe adsorbens koji adsorbira sve dijelove zapaljivog radnog fluida iz struje fluida, naznačen time što
– mjerni uređaj (18) drži adsorber, gdje mjerni uređaj mjeri težinu adsorbera (14), i
– mjerni uređaj šalje signal o istjecanju kada dolazi do povećanja težine, i
– adsorber (14) visi s fleksibilne poluge (18) koja ima prikazivače naprezanja (19).
2. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što adsorber sadrži fiksirani sloj (16), a protok kroz sloj je vodoravan.
3. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time što fleksibilna poluga istodobno služi kao fluidna veza i u obliku je šupljeg profila kroz kojeg protječe fluid.
4. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što fleksibilna poluga (18) sadrži i dovodnu liniju i povratnu liniju do adsorbera (14), jednu uz drugu.
5. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što sadrži pneumatski transporter (23) koji ima najmanje jednu podešenu vrijednost za slabiji izlaz i dodatnu podešenu vrijednost za jači izlaz.
6. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što je pneumatski transporter (23) spojen s akumulatorom koji sprema pričuvnu energiju, tako da se onečišćenu struju zraka može transportirati kroz adsorber (14) bez upotrebe vanjske energije dok se adsorber posve ne napuni.
7. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 5 ili 6, naznačen time što pneumatski transporter (23) konstantno šalje slabu struju zraka u adsorber (14) i prebacuje se na jači izlaz nakon primanja signala o istjecanju.
8. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što je adsorber (14) opremljen spremištem latentne topline koje može apsorbirati toplinu adsorbiranja u slučaju brzog punjenja rashladnim sredstvom.
9. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se adsorber (14) nalazi unutar kućišta (6) koje sadrži sve uređaje spojene sa zatvorenim krugom radnog fluida.
10. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što se adsorber (14) nalazi izvan kućišta (6) koje sadrži sve uređaje spojene sa zatvorenim krugom radnog fluida.
11. Uređaj u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što adsorber ima dvostruke stijenke, te ulazeći fluid najprije protječe kroz vanjsku šupljinu, a zatim prolazi kroz fiksirani sloj (16) u unutrašnjosti.
12. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 10 ili 11, naznačen time što adsorber ima intumescent oblogu koja štiti adsorber od djelovanja topline u slučaju vanjskog plamena i tako sprječava desorbiranje spremljenog rashladnog sredstva.
13. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što je adsorber (14) dizajniran kao zamjenjivo punjenje.
14. Uređaj u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što se kućište stožasto suzuje u donjem dijelu (11).
