Claims (11)

1. Postupak pozicioniranja paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) proizvoda namijenjenog oralnoj upotrebi u spremnik (3) uz pomoć razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’), gdje navedeni spremnik (3) sadrži donju stijenku (13) i bočnu stijenku (15), koje zajedno određuju spremišni volumen (17), gdje navedeni spremnik (3) ima smjer po visini (H), navedena razdjelna jedinica (5, 5’) sadrži više odjeljaka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), od kojih svaki ima odgovarajući izlazni otvor (21), navedeni postupak uključuje: a) pozicioniranje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) na prvoj udaljenosti (d1) od navedene donje stijenke (13) navedenog spremnika (3), čiji su navedeni izlazni otvori (21) okrenuti prema navedenom spremišnom volumenu (17) navedenog spremnika (3), b) unos najmanje jednog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u i-ti odjeljak (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’), pri čemu navedeni paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) zauzme prvu orijentaciju u tri dimenzije, gdje je navedeni najmanje jedan paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u kontaktu s navedenom donjom stijenkom (13) navedenog spremnika (3) i u najmanju ruku se djelomično zadržava u navedenom i-tom odjeljku (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), gdje je i cijeli broj koji se kreće od 1 do n, gdje je n broj odjeljaka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) koje treba napuniti, n ≥ 2, c) pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3), čime dolazi do rekonfiguriranja svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u drugu orijentaciju u tri dimenzije koja se razlikuje od navedene prve orijentacije u tri dimenzije, naznačen time što navedeni odjeljci (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) su razmješteni u uzorak odjeljaka koji tvori prvi niz koji je puni krug, polukrug ili bilo koji drugi dio kruga, te što korak c uključuje c1’) pozicioniranje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3) na drugoj udaljenosti (d2), koja može biti jednaka navedenoj prvoj udaljenosti (d1) od navedene donje stijenke (13) navedenog spremnika (3), gdje je dio svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) izvan navedenog odgovarajućeg odjeljka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), dok je drugi dio svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) unutar navedenog odgovarajućeg odjeljka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), i c2’) pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3) relativnim pomicanjem navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u rekonfiguracijskoj ravnini okomito u odnosu na navedeni smjer po visini (H) navedenog spremnika (3), prilikom pozicioniranja na navedenoj drugoj udaljenosti (d2) od navedene donje stijenke (13) navedenog spremnika (3), čime dolazi do rekonfiguriranja svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u navedenu drugu orijentaciju u tri dimenzije, gdje se korak c2’ provodi rotacijskim pomicanjem u navedenoj rekonfiguracijskoj ravnini navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3).
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što se korake c1’ i c2’ provodi istodobno, ili u najmanju ruku djelomično istodobno, tako da se navedenu razdjelnu jedinicu (5, 5’) pozicionira u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3) na navedenoj drugoj udaljenosti (d2) od navedene donje stijenke (13), dok se istodobno navedena razdjelna jedinica (5, 5’) pomiče u navedenoj rekonfiguracijskoj ravnini.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što korak c dodatno uključuje c1) pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3) relativnim pomicanjem u navedenom smjeru po visini (H) navedenog spremnika (3) u najmanju ruku dok svaki navedeni paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) ne bude smješten izvan navedenog odgovarajućeg odjeljka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), i c2) omogućavanje padanja svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) na susjedni paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...), tako da se jedan paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) djelomično preklapa s navedenim susjednim paketom dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u navedenoj drugoj orijentaciji u tri dimenzije.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što dodatno uključuje: d) pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u odnosu na navedeni spremnik (3) u navedenom smjeru po visini (H) navedenog spremnika (3), tako da navedena razdjelna jedinica (5, 5’) pritišće na navedene pakete dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) kada zauzme navedenu drugu orijentaciju u tri dimenzije.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što se u koraku b navedeni paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) tako unosi da je jedan od njegovih rubova (23a, 23b, 25a, 25b) okrenut prema navedenoj donjoj stijenci (13) navedenog spremnika (3), po mogućnosti jedan od njegovih kratkih rubova (23a, 23b).
6. Uređaj (1) za pozicioniranje paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) proizvoda namijenjenog oralnoj upotrebi u spremnik (3), gdje navedeni uređaj (1) sadrži – razdjelnu jedinicu (5, 5’), koja sadrži više odjeljaka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) za primanje najmanje jednog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...), i – jedinicu za pozicioniranje (7), koja ima aksijalni smjer (A), gdje je navedena jedinica za pozicioniranje (7) podešena za pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) u prvom pomaku u navedenom aksijalnom smjeru (A), naznačen time što navedeni odjeljci (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) su razmješteni u uzorak odjeljaka koji tvori prvi niz koji je puni krug, polukrug ili bilo koji drugi dio kruga, te gdje je navedena jedinica za pozicioniranje (7) podešena za pomicanje navedene razdjelne jedinice (5, 5’) rotacijskim pomicanjem u drugom pomaku u rekonfiguracijskoj ravnini okomito u odnosu na navedeni aksijalni smjer (A).
7. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6, naznačen time što su navedeni odjeljci razmješteni u uzorak odjeljaka koji tvori navedeni prvi niz (33a, 33b, 33c,...), a u drugom nizu (35a, 35b ...) je puni krug, polukrug ili bilo koji drugi dio kruga, gdje je navedeni drugi niz koncentričan u odnosu na navedeni prvi niz.
8. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 6 ili 7, naznačen time što navedeni uređaj (1) sadrži središnji stupac (22), smješten u središtu navedene razdjelne jedinice (5), gdje se navedeni središnji stupac (22) može pomicati u odnosu na navedene odjeljke (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) u navedenom aksijalnom smjeru (A).
9. Uređaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6-8, naznačen time što svaki od navedenih odjeljaka (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) ima – ulazni kraj (19), na kojem se paket dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) može unijeti u navedeni odjeljak (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), – kraj za zadržavanje (20), nasuprot navedenom ulaznom kraju (19), gdje navedeni kraj za zadržavanje sprječava dodatno pomicanje navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...), – izlazni otvor (21), okrenut prema smjeru okomitom u odnosu na ravnu liniju povučenu između navedenog ulaznog kraja (19) i navedenog kraja za zadržavanje (20).
10. Uređaj (1) u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 6-9, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži – transportnu jedinicu (37), konfiguriranu za transportiranje pojedinačnih paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u navedenu razdjelnu jedinicu (5, 5’), gdje navedena transportna jedinica (37) sadrži kanal za proizvode (39), posložen za transportiranje pojedinačnih paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...).
11. Uređaj (1) u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 10, naznačen time što je navedeni kanal za proizvode (39) konfiguriran za unos svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) u navedeni odjeljak (9a, 9b, 9c, ...) uz zadanu orijentaciju u tri dimenzije u odnosu na navedeni odjeljak (9a, 9b, 9c, ...), po mogućnosti tako da je rub (23a, 23b, 25a, 25b) svakog navedenog paketa dijelova (11a, 11b, 11c, ...) okrenut prema donjoj stijenci (13) navedenog spremnika (3), poželjnije jedan od njegovih kratkih rubova (23a, 23b).
