Claims (14)
1. Postupak oksikloriranja gdje je etilen pretvoren u 1,2-dikloroetan u prisustvu bakrovog katalizatora na nosaču, obuhvaćajući korak korištenja katalizatora na nosaču pripremljenog (i) impregnacijom, u prvom koraku, nosača aluminijevog oksida s prvom vodenastom otopinom koja sadrži bakar i dodatan prijelazni metal, time tvoreći prvu komponentu katalizatora; i (ii) impregnacijom, unutar dodatnog koraka, prve komponente katalizatora s drugom vodenastom otopinom koja sadrži bakar i zemnoalkalijski metal time tvoreći katalizator na nosaču.
2. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje je postupak oksikloriranja proveden u reaktoru s tekućim ležištem.
3. Postupak iz zahtjeva 2, gdje je reaktor s tekućim ležištem reaktor sa skretnim ležištem.
4. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje je katalizator na nosaču odabran od (i) od 5,0 do 12 težinskog postotka bakra, (ii) od 0,25 do 3,0 težinskog postotka zemnoalkalijskog metala, i (iii) od 0,5 do 2,25 težinskog postotka prijelaznog metala.
5. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje katalizator na nosaču uključuje od 0,25 do 1,6 težinskog postotka zemnoalkalijskog metala.
6. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje je zemnoalkalijski metal magnezij.
7. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje prva otopina uključuje alkalijski metal i zemnoalkalijski metal.
8. Postupak iz zahtjeva 7, gdje je alkalijski metal kalij.
9. Postupak iz zahtjeva 7, gdje je druga vodenasta otopina značajno bez alkalijskog metala i gdje druga vodenasta otopina uključuje molarni omjer zemnoalkalijskog metala naspram bakra veći od 0,19.
10. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje je dodatan prijelazni metal mangan.
11. Postupak proizvodnje katalizatora za oksikloriranje etilena u 1,2-dikloroetan, postupak obuhvaćajući korake:
(i) impregnacije, u prvom koraku, nosača aluminijevog oksida s prvom vodenastom otopinom koja sadrži bakar i dodatan prijelazni metal, time tvoreći prvu komponentu katalizatora; i
(ii) impregnacije, unutar dodatnog koraka, prve komponente katalizatora s drugom vodenastom otopinom koja sadrži bakar i zemnoalkalijski metal time tvoreći katalizator na nosaču.
12. Postupak iz zahtjeva 11, gdje prva otopina dalje uključuje alkalijski metal i zemnoalkalijski metal.
13. Postupak iz zahtjeva 12, gdje je druga vodenasta otopina značajno bez alkalijskog metala i gdje druga vodenasta otopina uključuje molarni omjer zemnoalkalijskog metala naspram bakra veći od 0,19.
14. Postupak iz zahtjeva 1, gdje prva otopina dalje uključuje alkalijski metal i zemnoalkalijski metal, i gdje je koncentracija bilo kojeg alkalijskog metala, ili soli alkalijskog metala, unutar druge vodenaste otopine manja nego količina koja bi pružala bakrovom katalizatoru na nosaču, nakon sušenja, dodatnu koncentraciju alkalijskog metala od 0,5 wt% alkalijskog metala.
