Claims (15)
1. Uređaj za ispitivanje stupnja zaraze pčelinjih kolonija Varroa grinjama, koji sadrži
- spremnik s dnom, bočnim zidovima i poklopcem;
- sredstva za pričvršćivanje ispuštenih Varroa grinja na dno spremnika,
naznačen time što
- unutar spremnika nalazi se aktivni spoj koji ima aktivnu tvar koja sadrži akaricid, što uzrokuje da Varroa grinje ispadnu s pčela, ali pčele nisu ozlijeđene,
- time što se spremnik sastoji od materijala čija krutost podnosi žvakanje pčela, i
- spremnik ima otvor veličine kroz koji pčele mogu izaći, a otvor spremnika je opremljen mehanizmom za brtvljenje koji dopušta pčelama u samom spremniku da otvore spremnik nakon unaprijed određenog vremenskog razdoblja i da izađu iz spremnika.
2. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se spremnik sastoji od plastičnog materijala, posebno poželjno od folije ili mrežastih ploča.
3. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što su dimenzije visine spremnika h i dužine spremnika l takve da uređaj ispunjava između 10% i 50% površine koja se proteže od okvira saća.
4. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što je širina spremnika b u rasponu od 10 mm do 50 mm, poželjno u rasponu od 20 mm do 35 mm, duljina spremnika l je u rasponu od 50 mm do 428 mm, poželjno u rasponu od 100 mm do 200 mm, i visina spremnika h je u rasponu od 20 mm do 405 mm, poželjno u rasponu od 30 mm do 100 mm.
5. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se otvor spremnika nalazi u bočnim zidovima ili u poklopcu spremnika.
6. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1 ili 5, naznačen time što mehanizam za brtvljenje omogućuje pčelama da ga otvaraju nakon više od 3 sata, poželjno nakon više od 6 sati.
7. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1, 5 i 6, naznačen time što se mehanizam za brtvljenje sastoji od tijesta za hranu za pčele koje zatvara otvor spremnika i koje, okomito na stijenku spremnika u kojoj se nalazi otvor, ima debljinu u rasponu od 10 mm do 30 mm; ili
time što se mehanizam za brtvljenje sastoji od male cijevi ispunjene tijestom za hranu čiji poprečni presjek u rasponu od 7 mm do 20 mm odgovara otvoru spremnika i koji ima duljinu u rasponu od 10 mm do 30 mm;
time što se mehanizam za brtvljenje sastoji od premazanog papira, neobloženog papira, kartona ili tankog drva koje zatvara otvor spremnika.
8. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što spremnik ima ventilacijske otvore čije su dimenzije takve da pčele ne mogu izaći kroz njih.
9. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je sredstvo za pričvršćivanje ispuštenih Varroa grinja ljepljivi film čija je ljepljiva strana okrenuta prema unutrašnjosti spremnika.
10. Uređaj prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time što se rešetka koja dijeli dno spremnika od unutrašnjosti spremnika i kroz koju mogu proći Varroa grinje, ali ne i pčele, nalazi blizu dna spremnika i rešetka poželjno ima veličinu oka mreže u rasponu od 0.5 mm do 6 mm, naročito poželjno u rasponu od 2 mm do 4 mm.
11. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što nosač aktivne tvari otpušta aktivnu tvar koja sadrži akaricid kontaktom ili isparavanjem i aktivni spoj koji sadrži akaricid poželjno dolazi iz skupine koja sadrži flumetrin, amitraz, kumafos, tau-fluvalinat, bromopropilat, makrocikličke laktone, organske kiseline kao što su mravlja kiselina, mliječna kiselina, oksalna kiselina i eterična ulja kao što su timol, ulje klinčića, ulje citronele i njihove sastojke.
12. Uređaj prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što su dno, bočne stijenke i poklopac spremnika izrađeni od komada sklopivog materijala.
13. Uređaj prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time što uređaj dobiva svoj konačni oblik spajanjem pomoću jezičaca i proreza.
14. Postupak ispitivanja stupnja zaraze pčelinjih kolonija Varroa grinjama, koji sadrži korake:
a. osiguravanje uređaja prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13,
b. punjenje spremnika pčelama;
c. nakon perioda od barem 3 sata, snimanje Varroa grinja koje se drže na sredstvima za učvršćivanje i/ili snimanje Varroa grinja koje se još uvijek drže za pčele.
15. Postupak ispitivanja osjetljivosti Varroa grinja iz pčelinje zajednice na različite aktivne spojeve koji sadrže akaricid, koji sadrži korake:
a. osiguravanje najmanje dva uređaja prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 13 koji su opremljeni s nosačima aktivnog spoja, koji svaki sadrži različite aktivne spojeve koji sadrže akaricid;
b. punjenje najmanje dva spremnika pčelama iz pčelinje zajednice;
c. nakon perioda od barem 3 sata, snimanje Varroa grinja koje se drže na sredstvima za učvršćivanje i proizvoljno snimanje Varroa grinja koje se još uvijek drže za pčele;
d. koreliranje broja Varroa grinja snimljenih na sredstvima za učvršćivanje s odgovarajućim aktivnim spojem koji sadrži akaricid.
