Abstract

La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para examinar la infestación de colonias de abejas con ácaros Varroa. El dispositivo contiene un contenedor con un fondo, paredes laterales y una cubierta. Dentro del contenedor hay un medio que causa que los ácaros Varroa dejen las abejas pero que no lastima las abejas, y un medio para fijar al fondo del contenedor los ácaros Varroa caídos. La invención se refiere además a un método para examinar el grado de infestación de las colonias de abejas con ácaros Varroa usando el dispositivo según la invención y a un método para examinar la sensibilidad de los ácaros Varroa de una colonia de abejas a diversos compuestos activos que contienen acaricida usando el dispositivo según la invención.
