Claims (11)
1. Uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati, koji obuhvaća:
rotirajuće tlačno sredstvo za umetanje u konstrukciju za provrt u njemu ili za pričvršćivanje;
motor (300) za generiranje zakretnog momenta koji se daje rotirajućem tlačnom sredstvu;
jedinicu za kontrolu snage (200) za napajanje motora (300);
centralnu procesnu jedinicu (100) za upravljanje jedinicom za kontrolu snage (200);
senzor brzine vrtnje (310) za mjerenje brzine vrtnje motora (300) ili rotacijskog sredstva za tlak;
senzor struje (210) za mjerenje struje koja struji u motor (300); i
jedinicu za kompenzaciju zakretnog momenta (110) za podešavanje zakretnog momenta podešavanjem kontrolnog signala iz središnje procesne jedinice (100) do jedinice za kontrolu snage (200) na temelju izmjerene struje, pri čemu središnja procesna jedinica (100) sadrži jedinicu za otkrivanje nepravilnosti (120) za primanje rotacijske brzine od senzora rotacijske brzine (310), pri čemu, kada abnormalnost rotacijske brzine nije otkrivena jedinicom za detekciju abnormalnosti (120), središnja procesorska jedinica (100) tako upravlja jedinicom za kompenzaciju zakretnog momenta (110) da izmjerena struja ima konstantnu vrijednost, naznačena time što kada je abnormalnost rotacijske brzine detektirana od strane jedinice za detekciju nepravilnosti, jedinica za kontrolu snage (200) prekida napredovanje sredstava rotacijskog tlaka kontroliranjem snage koja se dovodi do motora (300) prema kontrolnom signalu iz središnje procesne jedinice (100) za prekid napajanja električnom energijom, tako da se prekida okretni moment motora (300), i pri čemu se dimenzija ili predviđena dubina umetanja rotacijskih tlačnih sredstava bira prema stanju strukture kako bi se spriječilo oštećenje konstrukcije ili unutarnje strukture struktura.
2. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je abnormalnost rotacijske brzine nagli porast rotacijske brzine.
3. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je abnormalnost rotacijske brzine sekundarni nagli porast rotacijske brzine.
4. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu rotacijsko tlačno sredstvo obuhvaća otvor na vrhu.
5. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 4, pri čemu rotacijsko tlačno sredstvo nadalje sadrži jedinicu za otvaranje/zatvaranje vrha koja se može umetnuti u otvor otvora.
6. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 5, pri čemu jedinica za otvaranje / zatvaranje vrha otvara otvor otvora kada rotacijska sredstva pritiska primjenjuju pritisak na konstrukciju.
7. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 5, pri čemu jedinica za otvaranje / zatvaranje vrha zatvara otvor za vrh pomoću elastičnog tijela.
8. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 4, pri čemu rotacijsko tlačno sredstvo nadalje sadrži senzor za prikupljanje informacija o materijalu koji ulazi kroz otvor otvora.
9. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 8, pri čemu središnja procesorska jedinica (100) određuje da li kontrolirati jedinicu za kontrolu snage (200) tako da se prekidaju sredstva za rotacijski tlak, na temelju informacija na materijalu.
10. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 1, pri čemu je rotacijsko tlačno sredstvo bušilica, svrdlo, alat za bušenje ili vijak.
11. Rotacijski uređaj za tlak kojim se može električno upravljati sukladno zahtjevu 1, gdje je struktura struktura ljudskog tijela, a unutarnja struktura strukture je ljudsko tkivo unutar strukture ljudskog tijela.
