Claims (5)
1. Postupak obrade otpadne vode od stanovnika ili iz industrije, naznačen time, da obuhvaća sljedeće korake:
- dostava otpadne vode od stanovnika ili iz industrije do postrojenja za pročišćavanje (100);
- obrada otpadne vode putem denitrifikacije, nitrifikacije i oksidacije u postrojenju za pročišćavanje (100);
- sekundarni korak sedimentacije u postrojenju za pročišćavanje, u svrhu dobivanja biomase u obliku mulja i zaostale tekućine, pri čemu sekundarni korak sedimentacije slijedi nakon denitrifikacijske, nitrifikacijske i oksidacijske obrade; i
- opcionalno, dezinfekcija zaostale tekućine;
dok postupak obuhvaća sljedeće dodatne korake:
A1) ekstrakcija navedenog mulja iz sekundarnog koraka sedimentacije mulja (FLP0) koji se treba obraditi, pri čemu je navedeni mulj (FLP0) ekstrahiran prije poduzimanja dehidracijske obrade i ima sadržaj suhe tvari ne više od 5 masenih %, te dostava navedenog mulja (FLP0) u kemijski reaktor;
A2) alkalno kondicioniranje mulja (FLP0) putem dodavanja kalcijevog oksida (CaO) s generiranjem biološke mase (FLP1) uz pH > 10;
B) neutralizacija biološke mase (FLP1) s generiranjem tekuće biološke mase (FLP2), pri čemu je navedeni korak neutralizacije B) sljedeći:
bilo korak B1) izveden dodavanjem sumporne kiseline (H2SO4) s generiranjem smjese (FLP2G) koja obuhvaća organsku tvar i kalcijev sulfat (Ca2SO4) i nadalje uključuje inkorporiranje, pomoću miješanja, kalcijevog sulfata (CaSO4) u praškastom obliku u količini koja je u rasponu između 0,5 i 1,5 kg za svaki kg suhe tvari mulja (FLP0) koji se treba obraditi;
bilo korak B2) izveden dodavanjem ugljičnog dioksida (CO2) s generiranjem smjese (FLP2C) koja obuhvaća organsku tvar i kalcijev karbonat (CaCO3) i nadalje uključuje inkorporiranje, pomoću miješanja, kalcijevog karbonata (CaCO3) u praškastom obliku u količini koja je u rasponu između 1 i 2 kg za svaki kg suhe tvari mulja (FLP0) koji se treba obraditi;
C) dehidriranje tekuće biološke mase (FLP2) koja je razdvojena na tekući dio (L1, L2) i kruti proizvod, koji ima postotak suhe tvari obuhvaćen između 20% i 60% i koji je prikladan za uporabu kao korektivno sredstvo za agrikulturna zemljišta;
pri čemu su koraci obrade A1) do C) inkorporirani u korake obrade otpadne vode u postrojenju za pročišćavanje otpadne vode (100).
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time, da se u koraku alkalnog kondicioniranja A2), dodaje kalcijev oksid (CaO) u količini između 0,5 i 4 kg za svaki kg suhe tvari mulja (FLP0) koji se treba obraditi.
3. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni korak alkalnog kondicioniranja A2), ima vremensko trajanje od jednog do 4 sata.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da navedeni korak neutralizacije B), nadalje obuhvaća inkorporiranje, pomoću miješanja, jedne količine željeznog klorida (FeCl3), u 40-postotnoj otopini, poželjno u količini koja ima raspon između 50 i 100 g na svaki kg suhe tvari mulja (FLP0) koji se treba obraditi.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time, da se tekući dio (L1, L2) koji je dobiven putem razdvajanja u koraku dehidracije C), barem djelomično transportira do ulaza u postrojenje za pročišćavanje (100) i uvodi se u dostavni kanal otpadne vode od stanovnika ili iz industrije, koji vodi do postrojenja za pročišćavanje (100).
