Claims (14)
1. Element fototerapijskog uređaja, naznačen time što sadrži:
vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna koji ima jezgru za prijenos svjetla, gdje fleksibilni vršni element uključuje bliski kraj i udaljeni kraj, gdje je promjer bliskog kraja veći od promjera udaljenog kraja, te gdje bliski kraj je zakrivljen kako bi uzrokovao sabiranje svjetla koje ulazi u fleksibilni vršni element kroz bliski kraj; i
elastični cjevasti spojni tuljac, za mehaničko povezivanje fleksibilnog vršnog elementa s izvorom svjetla, gdje tuljac uključuje bliski kraj koji ima otvor i udaljeni kraj koji ima otvor, gdje je bliski kraj konfiguriran da se raširi i mehanički poveže s izvorom svjetla;
gdje vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna se dijelom nalazi u tuljcu, tako da udaljeni kraj vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna se pruža distalno kroz otvor u udaljeni kraj tuljca, a bliski kraj vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna se nalazi u tuljcu i između bliskog i udaljenog kraja tuljca, čime je konfiguriran za smještavanje vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna blizu izvora svjetla.
2. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna načinjen u jednom dijelu.
3. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 2, naznačen time što vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna ima grubu vanjsku površinu konfiguriranu da omogući difuzno raspršenje dijela svjetla koje prolazi kroz jezgru prema van kroz vanjsku površinu.
4. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time što vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna uključuje optičku os koja se pruža kroz središte jezgre od bliskog kraja do udaljenog kraja, te gdje svjetlo koje prolazi kroz vršni element putuje po u najmanju ruku dijelu optičke osi.
5. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što jezgra vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna sadrži staklo ili polimer.
6. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što je blisko područje vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna uglavnom stožasto, s bazom uz bliski kraj.
7. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je udaljeno područje vršnog elementa uglavnom valjkasto.
8. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što unutarnja površina elastičnog cjevastog spojnog tuljaca nosi više rebara koja se pružaju radijalno prema unutra i konfigurirana su za držanje izvora svjetla.
9. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time što je duljina od bliskog kraja do udaljenog kraja vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna između otprilike 10 mm i otprilike 30 mm i/ili je promjer na udaljenom kraju vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna između otprilike 500 µm i otprilike 1500 µm.
10. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 9, naznačen time što promjer varira po duljini vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna.
11. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 10, naznačen time što je bliski kraj vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna konveksnog oblika u odnosu na bliski dio vršnog elementa fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna.
12. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 11, naznačen time što dodatno sadrži izvor svjetla i gdje izvor svjetla uključuje jednu ili više svjetlećih dioda i/ili uključuje halogenu svjetiljku.
13. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 12, naznačen time što vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna sadrži više čekinja na udaljenom kraju.
14. Element fototerapijskog uređaja u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 13, naznačen time što vršni element fleksibilnog optičkog vlakna sadrži fotoaktivno sredstvo.
