Claims (8)
1. Postupak obrade ligno-celulozne biomase, naznačen time što se sastoji u koracima
A) uvođenja struje tekućine koja se sastoji od vode i dovodne struje koju čine krutine iz ligno-celulozne biomase, koje se sastoje od celuloze, te šećera, u posudu za prednamakanje,
B) prednamakanja dovodne struje strujom tekućine na rasponu temperatura od 10 °C do 150 °C,
C) odvajanje u najmanju ruku dijela struje tekućine od krutine kako bi se dobilo struju produkta s prvim krutinama i struju produkta s prednamočenom tekućinom, i
D) obradi prve struje krutina korakom namakanja, koja se sastoji u koracima
1) namakanja prve struje krutina u pari ili tekućoj vodi ili njihovoj smjesi na rasponu temperatura od 100 °C do 210 °C, kako bi se dobilo drugu namočenu biomasu, koja sadrži suhi sadržaj i namočenu tekućinu;
2) odvajanja u najmanju ruku dijela namočene tekućine od druge namočene biomase kako bi se dobilo struju namočene tekućine koja se sastoji od suspendirane krutine, monomernog šećera, oligomernih šećera, octene kiseline i furfurala i druge struje krutina; gdje druga struja krutina sadrži drugu namočenu biomasu,
E) odvajanja u najmanju ruku dijela namočene tekućine od suspendiranih krutina iz struje namočene tekućine, koje su monomerni šećeri, oligomerni šećeri, octena kiselina i furfural,
F) filtriranja u najmanju ruku dijela octene kiseline iz u najmanju ruku dijela namočene tekućine kako bi se dobilo permeat i retentat, gdje se filtriranje sastoji u nanofiltriranju.
2. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je težina šećera u struji prednamočene tekućine u odnosu na težinu šećera u ligno-celuloznoj biomasi u dovodnoj struji manja od vrijednosti koju se bira iz skupine koju čine 5%, težinski, 2,5%, težinski, i 1%, težinski.
3. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 2, naznačen time što se prednamakanje vrši u vremenu kraćem od 48 sati.
4. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačen time što je težinski omjer između struje tekućine i dovodne struje manji od onog koji se bira iz skupine koju čine 4:1, 6:1, 10:1, 15:1 i 20:1.
5. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnim zahtjevima 1 do 3, naznačen time što se dovodnu struju prednamače strujom tekućine u koraku B), na rasponu temperatura od 10 °C do 100 °C, a istodobno je izložena vakuumskim uvjetima.
6. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 5, naznačen time što su vakuumski uvjeti manji od apsolutnog tlaka izmjerenog u milibarima (mbar), koji se bira iz skupine koju čine 950, 900, 850, 800, 700, 600, 500, 400, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100, 50, 30, 20, 10, 5 i 0,5 mbar.
7. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što u najmanju ruku dio namočene tekućine ima trenutni protok veći od 7 l/h-m2, gdje je trenutni protok protok kada se 72 l alikvota od 190 l u najmanju ruku dijela namočene tekućine propusti kroz membranu spiralnog nanofiltra, usklađenu sa specifikacijama, prema kojima je membrana tankoslojni kompozit poliamidnog tipa na poliesteru, ima odbijanje magnezijevog sulfata veće od ili jednako 98% kada se mjeri uz 2000 ppm magnezijevog sulfate u vodi, pod tlakom od 9 bar, na 25 °C, te ima vanjski promjer od 64,0 do 65,0 mm, duljinu od 432 mm, a unutarnji promjer od 21 mm, gdje membrana ima poprečni protok od 1,3-1,8 m3/h, uz maksimalan pad tlaka od 0,6 bar na 1 cP i dizajniranu površinu membrane od 0,7 m2.
8. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevima 1 ili 7, naznačen time što je membrana spiralnog nanofiltra usklađena sa specifikacijom za filtre NF99 iz 2011. godine, koju se može dobiti od strane tvrtke Alfa Laval, (Švedska).
