Claims (18)
1. Sendvič ploča (10) za prigušivanje zvuka i/ili za zvučnu izolaciju, koja sadrži
- prvi sloj (20) za prigušivanje zvuka i/ili zvučnu izolaciju, i
- drugi sloj (30) za toplinsku izolaciju, koji je, na njegovoj prvoj glavnoj strani (32), sigurno spojen na prvi sloj (20) i namijenjen je, korištenjem njegove druge glavne strane (38), za spajanje na komponentu (8), koja se treba akustično poboljšati,
naznačena time da,
drugi sloj (30) ima perforaciju (34), te
time da drugi sloj (30) ima pjenasti materijal s porama (33) i perforacija obuhvaća zatvorene šupljine (36, 37), koje su veće o pora (33).
2. Sendvič ploča (10) prema zahtjevu 1,
naznačena time da perforacija obuhvaća prolazne otvore (35), koji u potpunosti penetriraju drugi sloj (30) u smjeru opsega od prvog sloja (20) do komponente (8).
3. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačena time da perforacija (34) čini 20 do 60%, poželjno 30 do 50% i naročito poželjno približno 40% ukupnog volumena drugog sloja (30).
4. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time da prvi sloj (20) sadrži pripravak bitumena sastavljen od približno 15% bitumena, približno 0.5% etilen-vinil acetata, približno 1.0% polietilena niske gustoće, približno 0.5% sepiolita, približno 41% kalcijevog karbonata, približno 2.0% kalcijevog oksida i približno 40% željezovog oksida, ima debljinu sloja od 0.5 do 2 mm, poželjno 0.7 do 1.2 mm i naročito poželjno približno 0.9 mm, te masu po jedinici površine od 1 do 3 kg/m2, poželjno 1.5 do 2.5 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno približno 2 kg/m2, ili time da prvi sloj (20) s ovim bitumenskim pripravkom ima debljinu sloja od 1.0 do 3.0 mm, poželjno 1.5 do 2.5 mm i naročito poželjno približno 2 mm, te masu po jedinici površine od 2 do 5 kg/m2, poželjno 3 do 4 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno približno 3.6 kg/m2.
5. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time da prvi sloj (20) sadrži aluminij s debljinom od 0.05 do 1.5 mm, poželjno 0.15 do 0.5 mm i naročito poželjno približno 0.2 mm, i/ili termoplastični ili termoizolacijski sloj za ukrućenje s debljinom od 0.05 do 1.0 mm, poželjno 0.1 do 0.8 mm i naročito poželjno približno 0.3 mm.
6. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time da drugi sloj (30) sadrži približno 50% bitumena, približno 35% silikatnih šupljih sfera, približno 5.0% celuloznih vlakana, približno 5.0% kalcijevog oksida i približno 5.0% etilen-vinil acetata, uz debljinu sloja od 2 do 6 mm, poželjno 3 do 5 mm i naročito poželjno približno 4.2 mm i masu po jedinici površine od 2 do 5 kg/m2, poželjno 3 do 4 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno približno 3.5 kg/m2, ili time da drugi sloj (30) sadrži polistiren i/ili polivinil acetat i/ili PE i/ili PP i/ili etilen-vinil acetat, naročito izrađen od približno 40% polistirena, približno 30% silikatnih šupljih sfera, približno 10% celuloznih vlakana, približno 19% plastifikatora i približno 1.0% stabilizatora, s debljinom sloja od 2 do 7 mm, poželjno 3 do 6 mm i naročito poželjno približno 4.5 mm, te masom po jedinici površine od 1 do 3 kg/m2, poželjno 1.5 do 2.5 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno približno 1.9 kg/m2.
7. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time da drugi sloj (30) sadrži akustični film izrađen od približno 50% bitumena, približno 10% sepiolita, približno 5% silikatnih šupljih sfera, približno 30% etilen-vinil acetata i približno 5% kalcijevog oksida uz debljinu sloja od 3 do 12 mm, poželjno 6 do 9 mm i naročito poželjno približno 7.5 mm, te s masom po jedinici površine od 3 do 6 kg/m2, poželjno 4 do 5 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno približno 4.52 kg/m2, ili ima lagani bitumenski film izrađen od približno 40% bitumena, približno 20% kalcijevog karbonata, približno 2.0% sepiolita, približno 20% liskuna, približno 10% silikatnih šupljih sfera, približno 5% etilen-vinil acetata i približno 3% kalcijevog oksida s debljinom sloja od 1.5 do 4.5 mm, poželjno 2.5 do 3.5 mm i naročito poželjno približno 3 mm, te s masom po jedinici površine od 2 do 6 kg/m2, poželjno 3 do 5 kg/m2 i naročito poželjno 3.98 kg/m2.
8. Sendvič ploča (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva,
naznačena time da drugi sloj (30) sadrži ekspanzijska sredstva i/ili punila za smanjenje specifične mase i specifičnog toplinskog kapaciteta drugog sloja (30).
9. Sloj za prigušivanje zvuka i/ili za zvučnu izolaciju naznačen time da je za upotrebu kao prvi sloj (20) sendvič ploče (10) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8.
10. Toplinski izolacijski sloj naznačen time da je za upotrebu kao drugi sloj (30) sendvič ploče (10) prema jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8.
11. Perilica posuđa naznačena time da ima barem jednu sendvič ploču prema barem jednom od zahtjeva 1 do 8.
12. Postupak za proizvodnju sendvič ploče (10) za prigušivanje zvuka i/ili za izolaciju koja ima prvi sloj (20) za prigušivanje zvuka i/ili zvučnu izolaciju i drugi sloj (30) za toplinsku izolaciju, koji je na njegovoj prvoj glavnoj strani (32) sigurno spojen na prvi sloj (20) i namijenjen je, korištenjem njegove druge glavne strane (38), za spajanje na komponentu (8), koja se treba akustično poboljšati, naročito za proizvodnju zvučno prigušujuće sendvič ploče (10) prema jednom od prethodnih zahtjeva, naznačen time da je drugi sloj (30) perforiran.
13. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- miješanje i zagrijavanje jednog ili više toplinski ekspandirajućih materijala, kao bitumena, na 120°C-190°C, radi proizvodnje drugog sloja (30), te
- perforiranje drugog sloja (30) probijanjem i/ili formiranjem šupljina (36, 37) pomoću grijanja.
14. Postupak prema zahtjevu 12 ili 13, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- korištenje toplinski ekspandirajuće pjene za drugi sloj (30),
- uvođenje perforacije u drugi sloj (30) pomoću probijanja,
- nanošenje vruće-rastaljenog ljepljivog sloja (50) ili kontaktnog ljepila na drugu glavnu stranu (38) i/ili prvu glavnu stranu (32) drugog sloja (30), i
- grijanje barem jednog od slojeva (20, 30) i ekspandiranje toplinski ekspandirajuće pjene, ako je prikladno uz nastajanje šupljina (36, 37).
15. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- primjenu vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) na obje glavne strane (32, 38) perforiranog drugog sloja (30),
- postavljanje drugog sloja (30) na komponentu (8), koja se treba akustično poboljšati, te prvi sloj (20) na drugi sloj (30), poželjno pritiskom, te
- grijanje prvog i/ili drugog sloja (20, 30), naročito na približno 80°C do 190°C i kao rezultat taljenje vruće-rastaljenih slojeva ljepila (50), taljenje drugog sloja (30) na komponentu (8) i taljenje prvog sloja (20) na drugi sloj (30).
16. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- primjenu kontaktnog ljepila na drugu glavnu stranu (38) perforiranog drugog sloja (30) i primjenu vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) na prvu glavnu stranu (32) drugog sloja (30) ili na prvi sloj (20),
- postavljanje drugog sloja (30) na komponentu (8) i prvog sloja (20) na drugi sloj (30),
- pritiskanje drugog sloja (30) na komponentu (8), te
- grijanje prvog sloja (20), naročito na približno 80°C do 190°C i kao rezultat taljenje vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) i prvog sloja (20) na drugi sloj (30).
17. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 12-14, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- primjenu vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) na drugu glavnu stranu (38) perforiranog drugog sloja (30) i primjenu kontaktnog ljepila na prvu glavnu stranu (32) drugog sloja (30) ili na prvi sloj (20),
- pritiskanje prvog sloja (20) na drugi sloj (30),
- grijanje drugog sloja (20), naročito na približno 80°C do 190°C i kao rezultat taljenje vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) i dva sloja na komponentu (8).
18. Postupak prema jednom od zahtjeva 12 ili 13, naznačen time da obuhvaća slijedeće korake:
- primjenu kontaktnog ljepila na prvu glavnu stranu (32) perforiranog drugog sloja (30) i primjenu vrućeg rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) na drugu glavnu stranu (38) drugog sloja (30),
- spajanje prvog i drugog sloja (20, 30) zajedno pomoću kontaktnog ljepila i postavljenje sloja kompozita na komponentu (8), te
- grijanje sloja kompozita (20, 30), naročito na približno 80°C do 190°C i kao rezultat taljenje vruće-rastaljenog sloja ljepila (50) i oba sloja na komponentu (8).
