Abstract

本发明公开一种塑料管道。所述塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为聚氯乙烯层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕层,在泡沫塑料层上设有均匀分布的阶梯孔槽,在阶梯孔槽中充填有沥青。本发明在管道壁面上设置阶梯扩散在孔槽,在槽中填充沥青从而起到吸收流体冲击管壁所产生的噪声,在管壁外层的纤维缠绕层可以起到克服因管壁上开槽造成强度下降的作用,具有良好的吸声保温性能。

本发明涉及一种塑料管道,具体地讲是一种具有吸声保温的塑料管道。
背景技术
管道输送流体,特别在高流速气体或水流时,由于湍流下的流体对管道壁的冲击磨擦会产生高分贝的噪声,对影响周围人员造成身心影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有吸声保温的塑料管道。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种塑料管道,该塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为聚氯乙烯层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕层,在泡沫塑料层上设有均匀分布的阶梯孔槽,在阶梯孔槽中充填有沥青。
进一步,所述阶梯孔槽优选的设置在泡沫塑料层的外层。
进一步,所述阶梯孔槽的深度为泡沫塑料层厚度的1/2~2/3。
进一步,所述阶梯孔槽的开槽率为3~8%。
进一步,所述纤维缠绕层的缠绕角度为80O-85O
有益效果:本发明在管道壁面上设置阶梯扩散在孔槽,在槽中填充沥青从而起到吸收流体冲击管壁所产生的噪声,在管壁外层的纤维缠绕层可以起到克服因管壁上开槽造成强度下降的作用,该塑料管道具有良好的吸声保温性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
本发明塑料管道的横截面如图1所示,管壁由内向外依次为聚氯乙烯(PVC)层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕层,在泡沫塑料层上设有均匀分布的阶梯孔槽(如图2所示),在阶梯孔槽中充填有沥青。
所述阶梯孔槽优选的设置在泡沫塑料层的外层。孔直径为1~3mm,深度为泡沫塑料层厚度的1/2~2/3。
所述阶梯孔槽的开槽率为3~8%。
所述泡沫塑料层可采用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料、聚乙烯泡沫塑料或聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
所述纤维缠绕层则是在纤维缠绕机上采用常规工艺将芳纶纤维和环氧树脂绕制得到,纤维缠绕角度(按纤维与管道轴心的夹角)控制在80O-85O,厚度为2~3mm,纤维缠绕外层芳纶纤维质量百分含量控制在80~85%、树脂质量百分含量控制在20~15%。
实施例1
一种塑料管道,管道的内直径为20cm,管壁的内层为1mm厚的PVC层,中间层为9mm厚的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层,外层为2mm厚的芳纶纤维缠绕层。在聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料层靠外的一侧上开有均匀分布的阶梯孔槽,阶梯孔槽的孔直径由内向外的分别为1mm和2mm,阶梯的深度依次为2mm和3mm,总开槽面积占泡沫塑料层外表面积的8%,阶梯孔槽内用沥青填充。芳纶纤维缠绕层的缠绕角度为80O

1.一种塑料管道,其特征在于:所述塑料管道的管壁由内向外依次为聚氯乙烯层、泡沫塑料层和纤维缠绕层,在泡沫塑料层上设有均匀分布的阶梯孔槽,在阶梯孔槽中充填有沥青;所述阶梯孔槽的深度为泡沫塑料层厚度的1/2~2/3;所述阶梯孔槽的开槽率为3~8%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料管道,其特征在于:所述阶梯孔槽优选的设置在泡沫塑料层的外层。
