Abstract
Description
上記発泡断熱材の他面に,ステッカー式で使用されるように接着剤で貼付された油紙と;を有することを特徴とする,断熱シートが提供される。
Claims (5)
- 内部に気泡が形成された空隙材である発泡断熱材と;
前記発泡断熱材の片面に,直接加熱または間接加熱で貼付(140℃〜150℃の温度で火によって塑性融着)されたアルミホイルと;
前記発泡断熱材の他面に,ステッカー式で使用されるように接着剤で貼付された油紙と;
を有することを特徴とする,断熱シート。 - 前記アルミホイルは,ポリエチレンからなる成形補強材と,前記成形補強材の両面に直接加熱または間接加熱で貼付(140℃〜150℃の温度で火によって塑性融着)されたアルミ薄膜と,を有することを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記アルミ薄膜は,その表面の両面に微細孔が設けられていることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- 前記断熱シートは,全厚さが3mmであることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の断熱シート。
- (a)網状のポリエチレンからなる成形補強材の両面にアルミ薄膜を直接加熱または間接加熱で貼付(140℃〜150℃の温度で塑性融着)してアルミホイルを製造する工程と;
(b)空気を流通させることにより,前記アルミホイルの両面の温度が等しくなり,結露が生じないように,レーザ光線を透過させて前記アルミホイルの表面の両面に微細孔を形成する工程と;
(c)前記アルミホイルの片面に,内部に気泡が形成された空隙材である発泡断熱材を直接加熱または間接加熱で貼付(140℃〜150℃の温度で塑性融着)する工程と;
(d)前記アルミホイルの他面にステッカー式で使用できるように油紙を接着する工程と;
を含むことを特徴とする,断熱シートの製造方法。
