Claims (15)

1. Postupak za pripravu frakcije suncokretove prekrupe F koja sadrži barem 50% težinski u odnosu na ukupnu suhu težinu frakcije proteina i 10% težinski sirovih vlakana u odnosu na ukupnu suhu težinu frakcije ili manje naznačen time da sadrži slijedeće korake: a) pripravljanje polaznog materijala deaglomeriranjem suncokretove prekrupe koja sadrži barem 30% težinski proteinske prekrupe u odnosu na ukupnu suhu težinu i koji ima udio vlage od manje od 12% u čestice manje od 5 mm; b) uzastopno prosijavanje dobivenog polaznog materijala da se dobiju barem slijedeće frakcije: [image] frakciju F-b1 u kojoj je veličina čestica od d1 do d2; [image] frakciju F-b2 u kojoj je veličina čestica od d3 to d1; i [image] frakciju F-b3 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d3; c) deaglomeriranje i uzastopno prosijavanje frakcije F-b1 da se dobiju barem slijedeće frakcije: [image] frakciju F-c1 u kojoj je veličina čestica od d4 to d5; i [image] frakciju F-c2 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d4; d) zračno prosijavanje frakcija F-b2 i F-c1 da se dobiju barem slijedeće frakcije: [image] frakciju F-d1 u kojoj je veličina čestica veća od d6; [image] frakciju F-d2 u kojoj je veličina čestica od d7 to d6; i [image] frakciju F-d3 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d7; e) deaglomeriranje i uzastopno prosijavanje [image] frakcije F-d1 da se dobije frakcija F-e1 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d8; i/ili [image] frakcije F-d2 da se dobije frakcija F-e2 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d9; i/ili [image] frakcije F-d3 da se dobije frakcija F-e3 u kojoj je veličina čestica manja od d10; te f) miješanje frakcija F-b3, F-c2, F-e1 i/ili F-e2 i/ili F-e3 da se dobije frakcija F; pri čemu - d1 je od 600 µm do 1600 µm; - d2 je od 2000 µm do 5000 µm; - d3 je od 150 µm do 500 µm; - d4 je od 150 µm do 500 µm; - d5 je od 600 µm do 1600 µm; - d6 je od 800 µm do 1000 µm; - d7 je od 500 µm do 750 µm; - d8 je od 200 µm do 600 µm; - d9 je od 200 µm do 600 µm; i - d10 je od 200 µm do 600 µm. i pri čemu veličina čestica odgovara Dv90.
2. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1, naznačen time da se suncokretova prekrupa deaglomerira u čestice manje od 3 mm.
3. Postupak prema zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time da suncokretova prekrupa ima udio vlage od manje od 10%.
4. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da suncokretova prekrupa sadrži barem 34% proteina.
5. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time: - d1 je od 650 µm do 1200 µm; - d2 je od 2500 µm do 4000 µm; i - d3 je od 150 µm do 450 µm.
6. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time: d4 je od 150 µm do 450 µm; i d5 je od 700 µm do 1500 µm.
7. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da: - d6 je od 800 µm do 900 µm; i - d7 je od 600 µm do 700 µm.
8. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da d8 je od 200 µm do 550 µm.
9. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da d9 je od 200 µm do 550 µm.
10. Postupak prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da d10 je od 200 µm do 550 µm.
11. Frakcija suncokretove prekrupe koja se može dobiti postupkom prema zahtjevu 1 naznačena time da sadrži barem 50% težinski u odnosu na ukupnu suhu težinu frakcije proteina i manje od 10% težinski u odnosu na ukupnu suhu težinu frakcije sirovih vlakana.
12. Frakcija suncokretove prekrupe prema zahtjevu 11, naznačena time da sadrži barem 52% proteina.
13. Frakcija suncokretove prekrupe prema zahtjevu 11 ili 12, naznačena time da sadrži manje od 8% sirovih vlakana.
14. Frakcija suncokretove prekrupe prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 13, naznačena time da su promjeri čestica navedene frakcije od 200 µm do 600 µm.
15. Uporaba frakcije suncokretove prekrupe prema bilo kojem od zahtjeva 11 do 14 naznačena time da je za prehranu životinja.
