Abstract
本实用新型公开了打散料团装置，包括传送皮带、筛分装置、筛下料料斗、筛上料料斗、筛网、振动电机；传送皮带的尾端设有筛分装置，在筛分装置的下方设有筛下料料斗以及设在筛下料料斗上部的筛上料料斗，筛上料料斗上设有筛网，筛网的一端与振动电机相连接。本实用新型可打散料团，提高筛分效率，节省泥料。

本实用新型涉及机械设备技术领域，具体涉及打散料团装置。
背景技术
现有泥料都经过混料机混合后，通过传送皮带传送至筛网筛分，将结块的泥料和料团筛除，仅保留一定粒度以下的泥料； 经过混料机传送皮带出来的泥料往往结团较多，落至传送皮带尾端的筛网上面积过小，导筛分效率低，大部分结团泥料都直接在筛网上面落不下来，而直接进入废料回收处。同样条件下，筛分面积小，筛分效率低；结块料团不容易打散，导致浪费严重。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点和不足，提供打散料团，提高筛分效率，节省泥料的打散料团装置。
打散料团装置，包括、传送皮带、筛分装置、筛下料料斗、筛上料料斗、筛网、振动电机；所述传送皮带的尾端设有筛分装置，在筛分装置的下方设有筛下料料斗以及设在筛下料料斗上部的筛上料料斗，所述筛上料料斗上设有筛网，筛网的一端与振动电机相连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是，1、筛分装置制作简单，安装维护方便；2、增大了筛分面积，有效的提高的筛分效率；3、减少了泥料浪费。

如图1所示，打散料团装置，传送皮带11的尾端设有筛分装置12，在筛分装置12的下方设有筛下料料斗21以及设在筛下料料斗21上部的筛上料料斗22，筛上料料斗22上设有筛网31，筛网31的一端与振动电机32相连接。
