The present invention provides a binding method of plant fiber, which comprises the following steps: (A) drying treatment: to dry the waste plants to average moisture content of 0.1% to 0.3% in weight percentage; (B) crushing and stirring: to crush and stir the dried waste plants to form powders in small particle size; (C) adding binder: to add binder to the crushed and stirred waste plant powders to provide a better binding effect; and (D) extrusion forming: extrusion forming by using mold so that bulk solid fuels can be formed from the binder-containing waste plant powders.
