Claims (14)
1. Postupak kontinuirane proizvodnje rastaljenog čelika iz otpadnog metala, obuhvaća korake:
- kontinuirano taljenje otpadnog metala u vertikalnoj peći (1),
- otpuštanje proizvedenog rastaljenog čelika i akumulirane troske kroz odvodni otvor (11) organiziran u donjem dijelu vertikalne peći (1),
- kontinuirano uvođenje otpuštenog otopljenog čelika i troske u kontinuiranu peć (13),
- kontinuirano zagrijavanje i usitnjavanje rastaljenog čelika u kontinuiranoj peći (13),
- otpuštanje rastaljenog čelika i troske iz kontinuirane peći (13) kontinuirano i odvojeno jedne od druge,
- povlačenje plina iz kontinuirane peći (13),
- barem djelomično uklanjanje prašine iz plina iz peći,
- provođenje barem plina iz kojeg je barem djelomično uklonjena prašina kroz kotao za povrat otpadne topline (27) kako bi se toplinu koristilo za uporabu pri generiranju energije,
- uporaba plina iz peći kao goriva za plamenik (7) vertikalne peći (1).
2. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, naznačen time što se elektrolučna peć koristi kao kontinuirana peć (13), čija kada (60) ima veću dimenziju u smjeru protoka (61) nego transverzalno u odnosu na njega.
3. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1 ili 2, naznačen time što ispušni plin koji je izvučen iz vertikalne peći (1) se dovodi do termalnog naknadnog sagorijevanja.
4. Postupak sukladno zahtjevu 1, 2 or 3, naznačen time što je plin izvučen iz kontinuirane peći (13) i/ili plin izvučen iz vertikalne peći (1) podvrgnut koraku uklanjanja prašine, i odvojena prašina se topi u reaktoru za topljenje prašine (56).
5. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time što se prašina otopljena u reaktoru za topljenje prašine (56) vraća u kontinuiranu peć (13).
6. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time što plin izvučen iz vertikalne peći (1) prolazi kroz kotao za povrat otpadne topline (44) kako bi se omogućila uporaba toplinske energije plina iz peći, i para koja je generirana u kotlu za povrat otpadne topline (44) poželjno se koristi u okružnim postrojenjima za zagrijavanje ili se pretvara u električnu struju pomoću parne turbine.
7. Postupak sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što se stvara negativni pritisak u vertikalnoj peći (1) i/ili u kontinuiranoj peći (13).
8. Uređaj za kontinuiranu proizvodnju rastaljenog čelika od otpadnog metala, posebno u svrhu izvođenja postupka sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 1 do 7, obuhvaća vertikalnu peć (1) za taljenje otpadnog metala, s odvodnim otvorom (11) za odvodnju rastaljenog čelika i akumulirane troske, i kontinuirana peć (13) spojena s odvodnim otvorom (11) za pregrijavanje i usitnjavanje otopljenog čelika, pri čemu kontinuirana peć (13) ima otvor za unutarnju opskrbu (14) na jednom kraju za uvođenje rastaljenog čelika ispuštenog iz vertikalne peći (1), prvi odvodni otvor (16) organiziran je na suprotnom kraju za odvođenje rastaljenog čelika, drugi odvodni otvor (18) organiziran je odvojeno od prvog odvodnog otvora za odvođenje troske, i odvod za dimne plinove (24), pri čemu je odvod (24) kontinuirane peći (13) spojen na uređaj za uklanjanje prašine i kotao za povrat otpadne topline (27) na način da odvodni plin može biti proveden kroz kotao za povrat otpadne topline (27), pri čemu se plinom iz peći opskrbljuje plamenik (7) vertikalne peći (1).
9. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 8, naznačen time što je kontinuirana peć (13) elektrolučna peć, čija kada (60) ima veću dimeziju u smjeru protoka (61) između ulaznog otvora (14) i prvog odvodnog otvora (16) nego okomito na njih.
10. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 8 ili 9, naznačen time što ispušni plin izvučen iz vertikalne cijevi (1) se dovodi do termalnog naknadnog sagorijevanja.
11. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 8, 9 ili 10, naznačen time što odvodni otvor (24, 40) kontinuirane peći (13) i/ili vertikalne peći (1) je spojen na uređaj za uklanjanje prašine, koji je spojen s reaktorom za taljenje prašine (56) za taljenje prašine koja je odvojena iz uređaja za uklanjanje prašine.
12. Uređaj sukladno zahtjevu 11, naznačen time što je reaktor za otapanje prašine (56) spojen s kontinuiranom peći (13) radi omogućavanja dovođenja otopljene prašine u kontinuiranu peć (13).
13. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 12, naznačen time što je odvodni otvor (40) vertikalne peći (1) spojen s kotlom za povrat otpadne topline (44) na način da je spojen s kotlom za povrat otpadne topline (44) tako da otpadni plin može prolaziti kroz kotao za povrat otpadne topline (44).
14. Uređaj sukladno bilo kojem od zahtjeva 8 do 13, naznačen time što je ventilator (29, 50) spojen s vertikalnom peći (1) i/ili kontinuiranom peći (13) kako bi se stvorio negativan tlak u vertikalnoj peći (1) i/ili u kontinuiranoj peći (13).
