Claims (15)

1. Sustav za izgaranje goriva, gdje sustav (1) sadrži rasplinjačku opremu (3) za prevođenje goriva (F) u plinoviti proizvod (G) rasplinjačkem i postrojenje za izgaranje (5), namijenjeno izgaranju plinovitog proizvoda (G), gdje rasplinjačka oprema (3) sadrži sredstvo za rasplinjavanje goriva na niskoj temperaturi, gdje sustav (1) dodatno sadrži separator (4), koji se nalazi između rasplinjačke opreme (3) i postrojenja za izgaranje (5), tako da uglavnom sav plinoviti proizvod (G) prenesen u postrojenje za izgaranje (5) istječe iz rasplinjačke opreme (3) kroz separator u postrojenje za izgaranje (5); separator (4), koji sadrži sredstvo za pročišćavanje plinovitog proizvoda (G) od krutina, gdje se između rasplinjačke opreme (3) i separatora (4) i/ili između separatora (4) i postrojenja za izgaranje (5) nalazi izmjenjivač topline (14a, 14b), naznačen time što postrojenje za izgaranje (5), namijenjeno izgaranju plinovitog proizvoda (G) je predviđeno za prihvat plinovitog proizvoda (G), proizvedenog u rasplinjačkoj opremi (3) i ohlađenog u izmjenjivaču topline (14a, 14b).
2. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1, naznačen time što je rasplinjačka oprema (3) CFB rasplinjač.
3. Sustav u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 1 ili 2, naznačen time što je navedena niska temperatura niža od 800°C, po mogućnosti u rasponu temperatura od 600 do 750°C.
4. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što donji dio rasplinjačke opreme (3) sadrži sredstvo (11) za oksidiranje troske.
5. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što rasplinjačka oprema (3) ima zidane zidove.
6. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što je postrojenje za izgaranje (5) parni kotao.
7. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time što je postrojenje za izgaranje (5) peć.
8. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od prethodnih patentnih zahtjeva, naznačen time što separator (4) uključuje ciklon ili multiciklon.
9. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što separator (4) uključuje spremnik za razdvajanje.
10. Sustav u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time što separator (4) uključuje keramički filtar ili električni filtar.
11. Postupak izgaranja goriva, gdje se u navedenom postupku gorivo (F) prevodi u plinoviti proizvod (G) rasplinjavanjem u rasplinjačkoj opremi (3), a plinoviti proizvod (G) izgara u postrojenju za izgaranje (5), podešavanjem temperature rasplinjačke opreme (3), tako da bude najviše 800 °C; prijenosa gorivog plina (P) proizvedenog u rasplinjaču iz rasplinjačke opreme (3) u separator (4); pročišćavanja gorivog plina (P) od krutina, gdje se proizvodi plinoviti proizvod (G); i prijenosa plinovitog proizvoda (G) u postrojenje za izgaranje (5) radi izgaranja, smanjivanja temperature gorivog plina (P) i/ili plinovitog proizvoda (G) izmjenjivačem topline (14a, 14b), koji se nalazi između rasplinjačke opreme (3) i separatora (4) i/ili između separatora (4) i postrojenja za izgaranje (5), naznačen time što izgaranje plinovitog proizvoda (G), proizvedenog u rasplinjačkoj opremi (3) i ohlađenog u izmjenjivaču topline (14a, 14b) u postrojenju za izgaranje (5).
12. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11, naznačen time što se gorivo (F), uključući agro gorivo, šalje u rasplinjačku opremu (3).
13. Postupak u skladu s patentnim zahtjevom 11 ili 12, naznačen time što se gorivo rasplinjava u CFB rasplinjaču.
14. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 13 naznačen time što se temperaturu rasplinjačke opreme (3) podešava da bude u rasponu od 600 do 750°C.
15. Postupak u skladu s bilo kojim od patentnih zahtjeva 11 do 14, naznačen time što pročišćavanje gorivog plina (P) od krutina u ciklonu (6), multiciklonu, spremniku za razdvajanje, na keramičkom filtru ili električnom filtru.
