Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak i uređaj za izvođenje postupka za proizvodnju gasova za pogon gasne turbine u elektrani, loženoj samo ugljem, sa kombinovanim gasnim i parnim turbinama. Prema postupku će se neprečišćeni gas, koji struji iz kamere za sagorevanje pod pritiskom, kada je temperatura viša od temperature topljenja pepela, prvo ohladiti, pomoću recirkulisanog dimnog gasa i/ili vazduha i/ili kiseonika na temperaturu ispod tačke topljenja pepela, all vištoplote prečišćenom gasu i mešanjem s a recirkulisanim dimnim gasom i/ili vazduhom i/ili kiseonikom, dalje rashladiti na oko 650-950В°C, na toj temperaturi očistiti, poznatim postupcima, od prašine uključujući jedinjenja alkalnih metala, SO2 i NOx,u od ulazne temperature gasne turbine, potom, odavanjem kao prečišćen gas preuzimanjem toplote od neprečišćenog gasa ponovo zagrejati na dozvoljenu ulaznu temperaturu gasne turbine, i zatim strujati kroz gasnu turbinu i potom kroz generator pare zagrevan izradjenom toplotom, u kome se voda za pogon parne turbine preko jednog ili više stupnjeva pritiska predgreva, prevodi u paru i pregreva. Postupak se odlikuje izuzetno visokim stepenom korišnog dejstva za elektrane.
